It's probably not even in the Top 50 worst things about Gen-AI, but I hate how it completely changed the meaning and connotation of the word AI from "intelligent machine or robot" like GLaDOS, Data, HAL-9000, etc, to "lazily constructed soulless imitation of a human's creativity".
