by the way something to keep in mind is that regardless of whether that transfem who got terminated did or did not break any rules, tumblr still passed over multiple nazis, sexual harassers, people making death threats, and so on that they have been ignoring reports on for months to prioritize terminating the transfem instead. they will pass over clear violations that have been reported for weeks and months to punish any random transfem on this site who didn't even have an account when those reports were made.

why is that? if it was just a matter of report inundation, of them being swamped and not getting around to it, then why are reports against transfems seemingly immune to those delays?

sick to death of alice-ness is a song about alex's nightmare/concussion dream in chapter 5 and here's how.

this is just doctor lynn. all the talk of alex being 'declawed' and 'recaptured' in the texts from this section, the fact that doctor lynn is a heavy reason for why alex despises her powers so much.

alex probably had to hear the worst thoughts everyone had about her, and reacting to/being troubled by them only made them worse. feeling like she's constantly a problem for everyone else.

gabe is the one who consistently guides alex through her nightmare sequences, encouraging her to see it as it really happened and move onward. literally alfred in alice by heart lmao. gabe is (though very bluntly) saying that though typhon wants to shut her up she still has to go back.

to me this speaks of alex's worst fears of steph, ryan, and everyone she's gotten close too in haven only wanting her for her powers/emotional resolution skills, the fear that when *she* needs support she'll be left behind
