hello to you all! c: as most of you might have noticed, i haven't exactly been around lately. it's mostly been because of school and with the new schedule and courses, it's a bit hard to adjust to the time and making time for rping as well. so, i just want to apologize for that, but i will do my best to be able to get to those replies soon, because i know how late everything is right now. ; u ; sorry to you all and i will let you all know if something does happen again.

Junsu wondered how things would have been if he fought harder for Gain to stay with him. He had tried pleading with her back then, but he felt selfish. Who knows how things would have turned out? Maybe he wouldn’t have gotten hurt, but that only meant he would have made it to Nationals. He would would probably last until he was in his late forties before it was time to retire from playing and he could coach a team. He always had images of coaching his childrens’ soccer team, but based of how his ex raised Jiyoon, he doubted she would allow her to play soccer. Mostly because of what happened to him and how he hurt himself. It was thoughts that brought joy to him and sorrow. The ‘what-ifs’ seemed to hurt a lot more than he would have liked.

Pushing those thoughts away were hard because he wished it would have come true, but wishing didn’t change things and he was happy, truly, he was. He had Jiyoon and she made it worth it, he had to remind himself. He kissed the top of her head once more before leaning back just a bit to fix her skirt since it was getting ruffled by sitting on his lap. She looked like an angel, which the thought made him chuckle since many of his friends called him that in the past as a joke. Maybe she really did look more like him than he thought. She definitely had his cheek and his nose. 

"No, no, it isn’t," he said quickly, possibly too quickly. He settled back into his seat and sighed a bit, "I’ve thought about it from time to time. Calling you up, but I never knew if it was my place to do it and I wasn’t sure what I’d say or do even. Plus… with Jiyoon, I just wasn’t sure. This is just a bit… I don’t even know. I feel like… I should feel guilty, but I don’t… does that make sense?"

For some reason, Gain feels even more nervous as she sat there across the male that she once called hers. It was like her heart was pounding harder than she had originally felt it to be. It was probably because of the thoughts of what could have happened between them. The pictures of her wishes for them back when they were young. However, she couldn't exactly picture herself to be this way if she were to have stayed with him. At some point, she would have been distracted by their relationship, how she might end up getting married earlier than expected, have a child and completely throw her dream away. She wouldn't want that. If there was something certain in her life, it was probably the fact that her dream of becoming a doctor never seemed to fade away.

Trying to calm herself down, she had simply focused on the words that the other was saying. There was no point for her to look back now. After all, the past was the past. It was what her parents taught her. There was no point in looking back at something that was already done. Ten years had past them after all. She felt a bit relieved though, to hear those words coming out of his lips. "You have?" She asked him, her eyebrows rising slightly before a small smile came curling up her lips. Gain wasn't even sure just what she was saying anymore. It was simply like word vomit, continuously coming out of her mouth and such without having her think about it at all.

"You shouldn't be guilty about that." She said, chuckling softly, partly amused with the fact that he was feeling that way. They weren't together after all. He definitely didn't have to think that way. "I mean, I would have guessed that you got married at around this age, but...I kind of get what you mean. I'm just..glad to see that you got off well somehow and it seems like Jiyoon's a good influence on you anyways. I'm happy."

Woori couldn’t believe that she was doing this. Her entire life, she had always been a bit shut off from everyone else. She could be cold and blunt and there weren’t many guys that would tolerate that from their girlfriend. For some reason, however, when it had come to Leo, Woori found herself softer. She would smile more, laugh even, and make jokes. She had started to blossom into this beautiful woman who was driven and tough but had this loving, warm core. It was a part of her she didn’t even know she had, a part that she thought she had lost a long time ago, but Leo had breathed life into it and then took it away just as easily. Walking with him now, it was like that part of her was trying to wake up, but she suppressed it, not wanting it to rear its head only to be shut down.

She wanted to just fall back into how they were. She wanted to take his hand. She could sense it, feel it even, just inches away from her own. It took all of her to resist. She was being stupid, and she told herself that repeatedly in her head. ‘You’re setting yourself up for disappointment, you’re setting yourself up for heartache again. Haven’t you learned your lesson?’ That was the lecture she gave herself every time she thought of him because, of course, she had always thought of him. It wasn’t like she could very easily forget about the love of her life, no matter how hard she had tried to bury those feelings down deep. They were starting to bubbly up and it hurt a bit. She hung her head a bit but listened to him. She just didn’t want him to see her face, to look into her eyes and see that she had missed him every day too, that she had spent weeks crying over him, asking why her heart had to be the one that was broken.

She didn’t know what to say. What did you tell a guy in response to something like that? She could ask why, but he had already explained that, to the best of his ability, she assumed. It still hurt, even if he thought that he was doing it for her. “I just.. I guess I don’t understand why you thought that I would want you to do that?” He had thought that he was holding her back, yes, she understood that much, but he had nothing to do with her career. She had her life in order. She knew what work was and she took care of it at work, and then she knew what love was, and she had done a good job keeping the two separate. Until now, when she had allowed her work to take over her life. She pulled open the door to the cafe, going in and brushing her hair out of her face from the gust that had hit her upon entry.

Leo found himself staring ahead for now, wanting to calm his nerves for awhile. Being with Woori right was something that he grew worried about, thinking that he might end up really looking like a fool, be it something as simple as a pair of words or to the grandest ways where he'd do something that could suffice as embarrassment for life. Subtly breathing in deeply, exhaling the next, he would find ways to distract his pounding heart and to remain the calm male that she probably remembered him to be if she ever thought about him over the past few months, year. Thinking about him probably was a long shot, after what he did, she probably did what she could to take her mind off of him and to remove him from her thoughts. Meanwhile, here he was popping right back into it.

As they walked in silence, his mind wandered to thoughts of what to talk about and the things that he could bring up to fill up the quietness that was between them. However, nothing seemed to pop into his head, it was just...blank. The surrealism of the event was the main thing that came into his head as he found himself walking with his hands stuffed into the pockets of his dress pants. It was all a matter of fact that he finally came around and spoke with her. It was his second chance not to mess things up again, having him be the better man this time and prove to her that he had been stupid letting her go the first time and he had no plans of doing so the next time around.

A deep breath was taken in as she spoke, letting that air remain in his chest for awhile before he exhaled. His hand was lifted up as he would push his hair away from his face, his expression remained rather serious. He was well aware of the look of annoyance that his default face seemed to have, but seeing how she knew him rather well, she probably wouldn't worry about that. She knew more sides to him that he did. "Because I was a waiter?" He said as a-matter-of-a-factly. "An editor shouldn't be with a waiter. I was thinking of what others would say about it...How it would affect you and your goals." He was aware of some places that hated how jobs between couples didn't partner up well and thinking of her, he had been too foolish. Before he could even say anything else, he had watched her opening the door, having him follow her in as he held onto the door, sighing shortly afterwards. He could only hope that he wouldn't end up fighting with her in her.

{ ` a soft groan escapes her lips as she found herself hoping into the back of the truck, his truck. someone might think of her as a crazy girl trying to get into a car like this, but she might be. she could pretty crazy, one of this being this. amongst her friends, she was well known for being reckless, someone who didn't care about rules, which was why here she was at the trunk, opening the window that would lead her into the interior of the car, to let herself sink into the passenger seat after she found herself seated there, having her grin widely at how successful she had been before she had shut the windows, locking them this time, unlike the careless owner who forgot to do so. she'd lean back against the seat, her head turning from one side to the other, checking if anyone had seen her, hoping that no one did as she took in the scent of the car's owner, having her smile and simply wait to be found. }

"great, i’m glad." she nods her head and sighs in relief, sealing the deal between the two of them. she should ask about how to settle payment and she’s hoping he gives her a good price, just like what her friends had previously told her. but something in her doesn’t want the conversation to end and by bringing up payment settlement she knows she’d be slicing all possible topics discussed. well, i don’t really have anything else to say though, she thinks to herself. might as well make a run then. 

but what her mind couldn’t overtake, her lips did. reassuring him, she tells him, “i don’t want it to be awkward between the two of us, seeing as i’ve never had you as a professor. if i’m too slow or if i’m taking up your time, tell me and i’ll see what i can do to change it.” she grasps for more to tell him, at least the gist and those that she thinks he needs to know. “i’m a little stubborn so i don’t think everything will be always smooth, not the best listener either i’m afraid.”

she passes through it with a chuckle, finding it always better to be honest. she had always been like this whenever she knows she has to work in teams of twos, finding it better to let the other know the perks and disadvantages in having her around. “i’m sharing this to get you to become more comfortable around me and i hope during the next few weeks of me seeing you, you’ll end up eventually thinking of me as if i was a student who you’ve known for a long time.” afterall, it doesn’t take that long for people to warm up to her. at least in most cases. she’s hoping the professor wouldn’t be an exception.

Nichkhun was pleased that they seemed to come into a conclusion of just how their tutoring would go about. At least, the main thing was concluded between them and that they were able to finish things off well. He could only hope that things would work out well between them and that no complications would come about, at least, not a lot. He was already thinking of where he needed to begin. Maybe a diagnostic test or maybe they could skip right into the dynamics of it all? The semester had already begun and it might be hard for him to even waste another second. Well, unless she does find herself picking out the topic right there and then, they might actually have an easier time that way.

He was just about to talk about the payment of the tutoring, to end this conversation so that they both could have some well deserved rest and simply wait for the day until they were to meet again for their first session. However, her words seemed to have taken his away from his mouth. It was rather amusing to see her explain and say such things to him, leaving him to nod his head at it. "It's fine. If it helps, I'm quite patient with these things. You wouldn't be the first stubborn student that I've handled before." He told her, a small grin curling up his lips. She probably woudn't be the last either. She was simply one of the many students who might have given him a hard time. It was what built that patience that he had.

His smile remains as he had stared at her, observing her reactions as he had sat there rather calmly as he had let her explain herself still. At least, somehow, he'd be able to know what he was dealing with. It was basically the general one, but he might able to pick up more of her study habits as they go on with the sessions. "Of course. Thank you for doing so. And I do hope you don't feel too awkward with me." That had to come in two ways. It couldn't just be him trying not to be awkward with her. If she had felt off with him, he wouldn't be able to do the job perfectly as well. "I like it better when students are comfortable with me. So you can voice out your opinions and questions better with me. Would that be okay with you?"

yura thought for a while longer. there was definitely no way she could live in the same quarters as him. there was too much risk of being caught. even as it was, she had to keep from always paying attention to him as opposed to the others of the group. “the same building would be good,” she nodded, her fingers reaching out to lightly graze his cheek. “that way, if you ‘went out’, they wouldn’t suspect you’re coming to see me, right?”

her bottom lip jutted out as he started talking about the others. as casual and free as she was about randomly bringing them up, she didn’t actually like to hear about them, so when he realized that, she was rather thankful. “you better only need me!” she pointed out, poking his bare chest. “well, i never really thought i could ever fall in love again, so thank you too,” she added cheesily as she nuzzled his nose.

she sighed softly. her hands roamed around his bare self since she didn’t know when the next time would be. she almost suggested that they just run off and get married and no one could stop them then, but she also knew that was probably a bad idea. guys always seemed to be scared of commitment. heck, she was too, but it sucked to be with someone she couldn’t really have. then again, wasn’t that always the case in her life? “i’m glad we finally … you know… ” she grinned as she felt the warmth radiating from him with their bodies still pressed together.

He was well aware that they wouldn't be able to live together much longer. It might end up having him risking it all, having him going out to be more touchy with her. At least, in his mind that was what was about to happen. With them being this intimate, skinship would end up coming more natural and unconscious thing that they needed to be conscious about. No one had to see them, to see what they had shared and things of the like, which was why he thought that her moving out would be perfect for it. "Same building. I'll be okay with that." He said, a smile on his lips as he had listened to her thoughts. It was the same as what he was thinking. If he had gone out, it would be easy to actually head out and his members wouldn't exactly think that he'd be there meeting her. At least, he hoped so.

As he watched her expressions, he couldn't help but smile at the mere sight of her like this. It was amazing to see that they could be this way, still be so comfortable with each other. After all, this didn't happen to him that often. It was usually just doing the deed and they'd both be through with each other. They just needed to get off the tension between them and after that, it'll be like nothing ever happened. "Isn't it obvious that you're the only one that I need?" He asked her, cupping her chin before he'd trace her cheek gently as he grinned at her. "I didn't even think I could fall in love, so thank you, beautiful. For loving me the way that you do." His grin only growing wider with the string of cheesiness between them.

Hongbin would turn his head up to the ceiling as an arm rested behind it. He wanted to relax for a moment, to let the thought sink into him before he had looked over at her as he heard her speak. "I am too." He told her quietly, leaning forward for him to press his forehead against hers. "I thought I had to wait until we got married before I could touch you like that." He teased her, leaning to press a kiss onto her forehead before he'd tug her a bit closer if that still was possible for them.

( * kris regretted his actions a bit after he said what he did ) no ( * he grabbed at her wrist and pulled her to sit down on the bed ) don’t go. we don’t … we don’t have to do anything weird. just …. stay here with me ( * he whispered, his fingers reaching out and tucking her hair behind her ear ) come here. you said you were bored anyway, so just … stay ( * he moved so that he was now under the blankets and waved her over ) come on. it’s nice and warm here ( * a smile rested on his face as he held out his hand, waiting to bring her over. perhaps he should lock the door. after all, the horror on his father’s face if he saw them in there together like that. however, he rarely actually walked in without knocking and had, as of late, hardly shown up to begin with ) just stay for a little while, hmm? you were bored anyway, right? let’s just …. enjoy the free time while we can ( * he smiled warmly as he pulled the covers over his head )

( * it was obvious that despite how much his mother wanted to help them, she just didn’t quite know how to. she herself was much more passive as compared to his father, and she didn’t really like to go against what he said or what his rules were. i…. she began as she looked from left to right between the two young lovebirds. i want to help you. of course i do. you both are precious children to me. but i just cannot guarantee you what he will say. she explained with a soft sigh ) if it’s too much for you, mrs. lee, i can speak to him ( * it was only after she said the words that she realized what exactly she had offered herself to do. the thing was, she was willing to do it. as scared as she was ) what is he going to do? hit me? ( * she chuckled softly, even though her heart was pounding like crazy )

{ ` he knew that this was going to be hard, to try and convince his mother, knowing that they both were rather weak when it came to his hard father. however, he could only hope that with a bit of help from her, they would be able to have him soften up to the idea of letting the two be together somehow. a hum came out of his lips as he had listened to her, having him squeeze her hand gently before he found himself surprised with what she had said, causing him to turn and look at her with wide eyes } Bomi..you don't have to do that. { ` he said quietly, mostly because he was rather afraid of what his father might do to her. he didn't want her getting hurt by the man who had always been so strict with him. alfred was well aware of how it wasn't so easy to change his mind and if something where to happen to her, he wouldn't be happy about it at all. }
