☣ Have you ever rp’d with someone you knew for a fact was abusive but tried to give them a chance/to make up your own opinion on the roleplayer? Did they change or did you understand what people were talking about?

“To blunt, I wouldn’t use that term I would describe it as more of jumping the gun on multiple occasions along with a hint of not outright respecting how I deal with certain things. I did give them chances multiple times to realize their mistake and time to admit the mistakes they made between us. I wanted to talk like adults but I don’t see the point to be the first to apologize when I’m not the one in the wrong.  After private discussion with close friends, I realized how somewhat immature they were and how things weren’t going to change anytime soon so I gently let them go. While I still believe they might have a shred of what made me like them as a person I just don’t see it anymore which deep down hurts since they were my longest friend on this site. In the long run, I wish them the best but a word to the wise stop assuming things about a person just because they don’t message you all the time.”

Being considered angry by her friends was an understatement she had nothing but bitterness in her heart aimed at Milton Grimm for taking away her parents from her. So much bitterness, in fact, she was moving further from the light and walking down a dark path without a care in the world. Of course, her friends tried to convince her she was just lost, but those words only fueled the bitterness in her heart. Snapping at her friends she turned away on her heels getting ready to head back into the shadows until she felt someone grab her hand telling her she had so much to hold onto. Looking over at Dodger she glared at him as she swiped him away with the use of claws before kicking him to the ground.

“You must be either truly desperate or completely stupid to be asking for my help.” The fae says, words played in a mostly joking manner despite the fact he knew it had to be one of the two at least for a fact all things considered. Green eyes narrow a bit as Malleus regards the hooded girl a bit better now. She was, unfamiliar, which could only mean she was new but even that didn’t provide the expected third option of ‘she just didn’t know’. “Now what was it you were asking again?”

The hood’s words were laced with sarcasm except when she requested his help once more in getting out of this place. This mysterious school just gave her the creeps and being surrounded by strangers didn’t help her already nervous mind. Yet while striking a few conversations with some students she was able to learn of the fae and his reputation which did manage to give Cerise some hope of returning home. After all the student the most feared had to have the power capable of sending her home with the right bribe.

His fingers absently brushed through the hair of the head he held as the shadows gently swirled about around him. The forest was quiet currently, but the demon did not mind. In fact he much preferred the quiet over anything else. It was a sweet comfort really, one of the only ones left that he could ever find now a days. Wouldn’t be long now though until Veillios claims the rest of the forest for himself, there was only one area left to take. Then, the entire place would be just as quiet as this moment. How nice of a thought that would be.

A second was all it took for the silence to be broken though by the sound of something-or someone even making themselves known. Turning now Veillios’s pitch black eyes regard the figure now, an annoyed frown clear upon his face. “Who are you to wander here?” He growls, voice not even sounding much like his own anymore, the head in his arms being held a bit tighter in protective manner, keeping its features obscured. “Leave! This area is mine now!” He snaps a shadow strand launching towards whoever it was in attempt to chase them off.

After fulfilling her destiny Cerise was never the same in fact she was disconsolate and took to locking herself within her family’s cottage to avoid falling further into the cold, empty, claws of darkness. Yet only a select few were able to give her comfort and strength to keep her head up in hopes of a brighter future for Hood Hollow. In the past, she was encouraged to leave Hood Hollow and live in Wonderland by Maddie, but she couldn't bring herself to do so due to the rumors spinning around The Dark Forest that something dark was taking over the forest piece by piece. They were coming closer to Hood Hollow and her grandmother urged Cerise to step up and go try to come to an agreement with this mysterious creature. 

Leaving her family’s cottage she walked through the forest for quite a while until she came upon a familiar figure. However, when they turned to face her she jumped back in shock at the sight of their pitch-black eyes. Yet when she saw he was holding something she was curious what he was holding, but halted her curiosity when she saw a shadow being launched towards her. Moving out of the way she shouted back at Veillios.

❝   Cerise Hood! Your wrong! This area already belongs to the people of Hood Hollow! I just wanna talk I don’t mean any harm!  ❞

Malchior sighed when Cerise asked such a question. He had to admit, however, even with his ungodly optimism via his self deprecation and general distaste for himself. That wasn’t the issue at hand however the issue was regarding a girl like Cerise feeling the way she did over something she had very little control over, if not no control whatsoever. His brows knit together and he stepped forward, a hand rested on the girl’s shoulder tenderly. A small smile formed on his face before he spoke again.

“Cerise if I am wrong then I shall simply have to walk alongside you as a fellow monster, if you shall have me at your side.”

When she felt Mal’s hand tenderly rest on her shoulder she looked up at him to see the smile that formed on his face. Giving her something she felt on rare occasions which is hope. Yet when he offered to walk alongside her she gently smiled at him as she gently stroked his cheek. For she never saw Malchior as a monster despite him being a Jabberwocky instead she saw him as a kind-hearted gentleman who deserved a happy ending despite the horrible hand he had been given.

With books pressed against her chest, she was turning the corner to get to the cafeteria to grab a seat and read further about werewolves.  While she only had been here for a year and a half she felt so much more at home here more than she had in any corner of Ever After. Of course with the fearleading team’s help, she was given a whole new makeover to make her stand out in the best way, but her only two requests were to be able to keep her locket and mother’s cloak which the ghouls agreed to after she explained as to why she left her home. However, as she turned the corner she felt her heart skip a beat something that felt so familiar. Yet when she saw him dashing towards her she dropped her books onto the floor, but with him inches of being close to her she tried so hard not to get her hopes up out of the fear of getting heartbroken that he was just a figment of her imagination. Except when he pulled her close and dove straight for a kiss she didn’t stop him and instead pulled him closer by the collar of his shirt using both hands. 

As she kissed the alley cat her heart was so close to popping out of her chest with how much love she was receiving from him that he had kept stored away for so long since her departure. Except when he pulled his lips away she was tempted to pull him right back into another one but pulled away to catch her breath just as he rests his forehead against hers. Something that made her smile up at him. As she was losing herself in his green eyes she brought up her hand to gently cup his cheek.

Her words reflected her hesitation as she wraps her arms around Remus and gave him a light squeeze. As she hugged her teacher the warmth from this hug reminded her of the warm hugs she’d receive from father when assured things were going to be okay when they sneaked off to the forbidden forest to spend the night in their wolf forms to avoid to harming anyone. Gently smiling at her teacher she almost felt a kindred spirit within Remus, but she couldn’t quite figure out what it was. Yet it didn’t bother her instead she decided to invite him to share a cup of tea since it was obvious he seemed to be in need of a pick me up. 

❝   Professor since you seem a little down in the dumps. Would you like to discuss something a bit cheerier over a nice cup of tea? ❞

❝  I can’t explain it, Raven, but there is this distant howling I’ve been hearing lately and it’s from a wolf I don’t recognize warning me about something coming. ❞

She stated to Raven when Maddie mentioned aloud that she appeared more distracted than usual. How could she stop thinking about it? She’s heard this howling quite a few times and was tempted to follow it last night, but she wasn’t able to leave school grounds due to the headmaster’s new security system that required a passcode. Which only a few teachers had including her father sadly he wasn’t willing to give it to her due to his concern for her safety. Which she understood crystal clear, but that didn’t stop her from wondering who was trying to warn her.
