@hoopingqueen
about to post my practice video! It’s definitely harder to keep the hoop up with clothes on but I tried!
Learned new hoop tricks today! It was kinda hard due to lack of the space but I still managed! Tricks learned so far: Basic isolation Hip hooping Hooping while spinning/walking halo/lasso using one hand Halo/lasso using both hands Passing Also, I need to take pictures for my icon
Today I learned how to spin whole hooping and how to hoop on my hip and that's how I got this bruise. I wanna practice more but it hurts too much :(
I started hooping a week ago (July 16th) so I'm not that good but I'm still practicing everyday and I will definitely start posting updates once I'm able to execute the tricks properly. (Constructive criticism welcome) Currently using a 42" hoop ( it turns into 34" when I remove a segment and that's what I do the tricks on) I'm using the hoopnotica DVDs and YouTube to learn these tricks and if any of you have any tips feel free to message me!
