If you arenāt really into standard workouts (i.e. push ups, sit ups, wall sits) you should dance away those calories.
You may be asking āhow do I do that?ā simple⦠just turn on your fav music and dance away. It is also WAYYY less suspicious. I listen to alot of kpop so I do the choreo and if you look at the idols⦠they are pretty skinny.
so I do it with all my might and go until I feel my legs wiggle and give way or I feel like Iām about to barf.
Just try it, If it isnāt for you, thatās fine⦠Just remember-

Before Bed
āØI do this before bed every night and just after a week Iāve started to notice a differenceāØ
~50 crunches
~50 leg lifts laying on side both legs
~100 punches (laying on back punching into the air) alternating arms
~100 bicycles (laying on back) alternating legs
~50 lifting legs laying on back both legs at the same time
~Lifting legs as low as possible, keeping ankles together, writing out the alphabet X2
~50 more crunches
