Sinful Salad
Ingredients
1 (6 oz) package strawberry Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
3 medium bananas, mashed
1 cup chopped pecans
2 (10 oz) packages frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pint sour cream
Directions
In a medium bowl, dissolve the Jell-O in the boiling water. Cool.
Add the bananas, pecans, strawberries, and pineapple to the Jell-O. Mix well and divide in half.
Pour half of the mixture into a 12 × 8-inch dish.
Chill until set.
Keep the remaining mixture at room temperature.
Spread the sour cream over the set Jell-O mixture.
Pour the remaining mixture over the top.
Refrigerate for 1½ hours or overnight before serving.
Cream Cheese Fudge
INGREDIENTS
4oz. Cream Cheese (room temp)
1 stick butter (room temp)
2tsp. Vanilla extract
4 cups confectioner's sugar
4 cups to 4 ½ Cup of Cocoa (depending upon how chocolaty you want it.)
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. (I do this by hand to make sure it’s mixed well. It’s messy, but effective!)
Add Nuts if desired.
Shape fudge into long bricks by wrapping it in wax paper and smoothing the edges.
Cut and serve or refrigerate to get a firmer set.
Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients:
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
1 cup creamy peanut butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat together peanut putter and cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until well combined. Fold in Cool Whip until completely incorporated
Pour peanut butter pie filling into prepared graham cracker pie crust. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Optional:
Garnish with chopped peanuts before slicing and serving

Old Fashioned Prune Cake
Ingredients:
Cake:
○ 1/2 cup butter
○ 1 cup sugar
○ 2 eggs
○ 2/3 cup stewed prunes put through sieve or chopped finely
○ 2/3 cup sour milk
○ 1 1/2 cup sifted self- rising flour
○ 1 teaspoon cinnamon
○ 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
○ 1/2 teaspoon allspice
○ 1 teaspoon vanilla
○ 1 cup chopped pecans
Frosting:
○ 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
○ 3 cups powdered sugar
○ 1 teaspoon vanilla
○ 1-3 Tablespoons milk
Instructions:
Cake:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Grease cake pan
3. Cream together the butter and sugar
4. Add in the eggs and combine well
5. Add the stewed prunes
6. Stir in the sour milk
7. Mix together all the dry ingredients. Add to the wet ingredients and combine well
8. Add the vanilla and the pecans.
9. Pour batter into cake pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
10. After cooling 15 minutes, frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Cream Cheese Frosting:
Combine ingredients with a mixer until smooth. Add enough milk for desired spreading consistency.

Easy No Cook Divinity
Ingredients
▢1 pkg Betty Crocker Fluffy White Frosting Mix
▢⅓ cup light corn syrup
▢½ cup boiling water
▢4 cups powdered sugar
▢1 tsp vanilla extract
▢1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
In bowl of stand mixer with whisk attachment or using a hand mixer, beat dry frosting mix, corn syrup, vanilla, and boiling water on low speed until well blended.
Beat on high speed until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.
Gradually beat in powdered sugar on low speed. Stir in chopped nuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand until outside of candy feels firm, about 4 hours. Turn over and allow to dry at least 12 hours.
Store in airtight container.

Roy Orbison Cake
ROY ORBISON CAKE
INGREDIENTS
1 white cake mix... add eggs, oil and substitute milk for water according to box measurements. Set aside...
1 8oz pkg. Cream cheese, softened
1 can Blueberry fruit pie filling
1 container cream cheese icing
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Add softened cream cheese to cake batter mixture and beat on medium speed until fully incorporated and smooth.
Fold in Blueberry Pie Filling with a rubber spatula until fully incorporated.
Spread in a greased 9x13 baking dish and bake at 350°F for 28 to 30 min or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean
Remove from oven and cool completely before frosting.
Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting and serve.
