Mackenna: Dear Unknown Number,
The dorms at ASU are unequipped to house large animals, and given the size and wild nature of gwythaints, it stands to reason that it wouldn't be allowed. Even if it were not against the rules, the small quarters would be unfair treatment to the animal; any trouble you could justify causing for the fun of it would not be worth the treatment the animal would go through being stuck in a dorm room.

the love potion prank?
At first glance, hilarious.
As you think on it more, kind of gross because consent is a thing and love potions are a kind of drugging so that would definitely make it non-consensual if you think about it. Especially if it made some people uncomfortable afterwards but again that’s only if you dive deep and if it was truly malicious.
But also, probably another reason why half these Auradonians think magic is bad when really it’s not. It’s all about the person not the magic. Magic is not necessarily a bad thing, it can be tremendously helpful and major part of someone’s heritage so telling them not to use it, isn’t cool, but it’s also a catch 22 because there’s always gonna be someone who ruins it for everyone else. That being said no one should be punished for (a) someone else’s crime and (b) a silly prank that was meant for mischief and not harm.
