Kyouka = Candor-born, chose Dauntless (Divergent) Seilah = Candor-born, chose Erudite (Divergent) Jackal = Dauntless, born and stayed Torafuzar = Amity-born, chose Abnegation (Divergent) Tempester = Dauntless-born, chose Amity (Divergent) Ezel = Amity-born, chose Dauntless Silver = Candor-born, chose Abnegation Franmalth = Dauntless-born, chose Candor Keyes = Erudite born, chose Candor

-Seilah and Kyouka grew up together, but also chose different factions to go into after discovering their Divergence. -Kyouka and Erza start out as rivals, but Erza lets up after seeing how badly Kyouka was coping over Seilah’s absence -Turns out, Erza’s girlfriend Mira chose Abnegation, so she understood how Kyouka felt -Mard Geer sets out to eradicate Divergents because he believes they will ruin the peace of the factions -Keyes is recruited to help him hunt them down -Franmalth joins the hunt for Divergents, but only to gain info for his friend Tempester -Seilah flees Erudite upon realization that she’s a target and is sheltered in Dauntless by Kyouka with Erza and Cana -Jackal becomes very protective of Seilah quickly, keeping an eye on her when Kyouka wasn’t around -Mira is initially suspicious of Seilah upon discovering her presence in the Dauntless camp, but lets up after finding out Erza is also Divergent -Ezel is soon pulled into the fray after discovering Seilah’s true identity and happily assists, always down for a brawl with authority -Silver soon discovers what’s happening and is against the entire ordeal; he’s had a rivalry with Mard Geer for years -Soon, the entire group (Kyouka, Seilah, Jackal, Tempester, Franmalth, Ezel, Erza, Mira, Candor!Elfman, Candor!Lisanna, Cana, Dauntless!Natsu, Abnegation(Divergent)!Lucy, Dauntless!Gray, Abnegation!Juvia and a few others) are forced to go on the run and escape through the wall with the help of Torafuzar. -Since Amity inhabits only part of the area outside of the wall, the group goes slightly beyond the farmlands and set up in an uninhabited area. -Over time, they take in more fleeing Divergents and their partners/friends and Erza and Kyouka become co-leaders of the new Divergent faction.

In actuality, it’s an intricate dance they do whenever they’ve been away from one another for long periods of time to ascertain that they are mates and neither is an imposter. No human would be able to keep up with the fight, so they know for certain that it’s definitely their love.
