ᘛ⁐ᕐᐷ hello! call me Sun. i’m twenty-four, got a solid ten years of roleplay under my belt, and just returned to the tumblr rp community after a While because encanto has me in a whole hyperfixation.
ᘛ⁐ᕐᐷ i am autistic, have a dissociative disorder, and work a full time job. i got a lot goin’ on, man. roleplaying on tumblr is a hobby, and while i do my best to keep up with my writing, at the end of the day it is still just a hobby. be kind to me about keeping up with threads. if a thread dies, the best way to get my attention is to make another one with a new idea, not to get on me about an old one.

unless your character was in the movie encanto, bruno doesn't know who they are. no godmodding. your character's power and influence over a situation should match logic. give bruno time to react to things. enjoy the pacing. discuss big plots and interests before unleashing them on us. how do you handle formatting?
this is a literate RP blog. i value function over form. meaning, aesthetic is fun, but i'm here for the writing. i have no photoshop skills outside of an app on my phone and i don't make my own icons. i also have bad, dumb eyes so small text below 10px gives me a headache. i'm happy to comply to aesthetics if that's what you prefer, but i also enjoy reblogging simple, goofy replies without formatting from mobile while i'm at work. fancy aesthetics from me unfortunately does mean less replies. up to you. i don't really roleplay in the DMs outside of goofy one-liners so please don't send me starters there. if you want DM-based RP and we talk/write together already, ask for my discord.
what kind of characters do you write with?
i'm mainly interested in writing with other encanto blogs. i will write selectively with original characters. that being said, "i'm your secret child/niece/nephew you've never heard of for some reason" is NOT going to cut it. i do not write with self-ship characters or in a "x reader" format (go live your dreams, babes ... just not here). i'll hear you out on characters from other works if you have a good starter idea, but i'm a hard sell. i don't do exclusives. i adore doubles. i am fascinated with different versions of the same character interacting. doubles PLEASE follow
how do you handle romance?
i will not write madrigalcest. do not ask. this blog is multiverse, meaning bruno will interact with multiple writing partners in his own little bubble, and potentially be juggling more than one romantic partner in different 'verses, including doubles of the same character. if this bothers you then please reassess your relationship with roleplay. you may qualify for financial compensation. if you're 18+ and we've been talking/writing together, ask for my discord if you want to write anything NSFW. i won't do it on tumblr. finally, both bruno and mun are queer. bruno may be interested in muses of all genders.
what kind of plots do you enjoy?
i absolutely love all sorts of relationships and alternate universes. family, friends, enemies, lovers, second cousins once removed, the works. you can jump into almost any plot that fits into the world of encanto including mildly canon divergent, intense or angsty plots. if it's going to be REALLY intense, maybe shoot me a DM first. alternate universes that require backstory or aren't the usual encanto fare, DM me. i'm interested i swear just DM me so i can talk your ear off
any disclaimers to put out there?
i am white and english is my first language. i am a spanish language learner and sometimes incorporate that into my blog. i don’t claim colombian experiences or culture. this is a roleplay blog, not a reflection of reality. cultural sensitivity & colombiano-picking is welcome. we do not stan lin-manual miranda in this house.
