shifting journey:

i first heard about shifting in 2023, but it was on tiktok. trying to grow as a shifter, i gathered and took in a lot of misinformation on tiktok, which lead to A TON of failed attempts, resulting in me quitting. fast forward two years later, i decided to give it another try after yearning to be in a different reality, as one girl does haha. i have not shifted yet, but i have heard breathing from my dr if that even counts😅

Take a second to realise this. You can literally shift to a WHOLE ANOTHER REALITY. Any reality. A.N.Y. reality. Be anything. Have anything. Do anything. No limits whatsoever. I think we take shifting really for granted. I'm also talking about both shifting and the loa. You can be a cat tonight, a chocochip cookie being devoured by a kid tomorrow, or a knight in a medieval period. You can fight dragons tonight, fly on the broom as a witch next day. You can be a side character in a romcom movie next day or a main character in a videogame next week. Experience being a woman or a man or a whole new species. Spend infinite lifetimes and start all over again whenever you want. Wake up multimillionaire tomorrow and with wings the next day.

yea i miss my s/o. but i also miss that one family member in my dr who accepts me for who i am and loves me unconditionally. sometimes i end up feeling even more connected to them than my actual s/o.

this advice is the hardest pill i’ve had to swallow this year but it’s one i think has fundamentally changed my perspective on shifting:

stop caring about whether you’ll shift tonight.

you wanna truly surrender to the shift? you wanna just let go and be present? you have to stop holding that pesky little thought in the back of your head that says “is tonight really the night?” you’re thinking too hard babes. and it just holds you at the threshold of release.
