#so getting my period 2 days after having a seizure sucked really hard #and lowk threw me into one of the craziest depressive episodes i’ve had for months #like it was bad bro i was trying not to rip my skin off and cry every 2 seconds for seemingly no reason #and i did actually cry. a lot. i was also in crippling pain though #And now it’s nearing the end today and i feel very good #so i’m not sure if this was a combination of #- meditating #- switching out for most of the day #- my period being over #- slowly but surely being able to help out around the house again (bc that has been giving me soul crushing guilt)#(my alter did some light chores)#But I feel pretty dang awesome sauce so whatever it is. it’s working #.OS #SWAGLORD
