É a escolhida da Deusa (Nyx) e possui afinidade com os cinco elementos (Ar,Fogo,Água,Terra e Espírito), sendo assim ela consegue tirar Aphrodite do comando das Filhas das Trevas e passa a montar um novo círculo, com novos membros e ideais e se torna também a Grande Sacerdotisa em treinamento. O Espírito é o elemento que ela se sente mais conectada. Teve sua alma despedaçada no sétimo livro após tentar impedir que Kalona matasse Heath. Conseguiu "conserta-la" com ajuda de Stark. Zoey se envolve emocionalmente com Heath Luck, Erik Night, Loren Blake, James Stark e Kalona. E é a reencarnação de A-ya.
