So, I just came back from a long break and I want to gauge the interest in the noble community for a new Stormwind House of Nobles? We wouldnât mind working with other leaders in the community to make something really inclusive and fun to RP. Sure drama bama lama, but hey⌠The potential for great RP is definitely there. House of Noble Tournaments, Joint Guild RP campaigns, Actual storylines and⌠less Charity events/boring meetings. What do you guys think?Â

Are you still hosting the First Aid class on the 19th now that House Reinhardt is disbanded?
Hello there!Â
Thank you for the question. The answer is yes, the clinic must go on! We will now be known as The Outreach Clinic, and we are also under the banner of House Redsteel. There will be an announcement coming soon with further information. Give us a follow on tumblr. Â
Today I learned that âmunâ stands for mundane. I always thought it stood for human.. hu..mun.. just goes to show every day is another chance to learn some thing new!
Oh also I made a map! It is an ok map. If you have a guild that has IC turf and you would like to be on the map just let me know! I want to add as many guilds as possible! Even single players with IC holdings I would love to see them! See some thing in âyour spot?â That is ok! Just let me I know! I can always make more room! Have a place in mind but can not find a place to squish it on the game map? All the more reason to share it with me! I am adding islands and villages and castles galore!
One last thing! If you want to see behind the scenes bits of the maps in progress you should follow my other page @zallytally where I post (in addition to concept art sketchy doodles and pictures of tiny bunnies) the bits and pieces of works in progress! Below is the order we will be completing each section of the map in so you can get a feel for how close or far your holdings are on the list!

A sleek carriage ride towards  Blackrock Mountain hanging platform near Grifyn's horse. Grifyn runs up to the carriage as the door opens. Auralaith runs to him.
Grifyn: Auralaith, I saw your carriage . . .
They embrace.
Auralaith: Oh, Grifyn!
Grifyn: It's all right, you're safe now. What are you doing out here?
Auralaith: I was so worried about you. Devoner told me terrible things.
Grifyn: What things?
Auralaith: He said you have turned to the Fel . . . that you killed squirelings.
Grifyn: Devoner is trying to turn you against me.
Auralaith: He cares about us.
Grifyn: Us??!
Auralaith: He knows . . . He wants to help you.
Grifyn: Is Devoner going to protect you? He can't ... he can't help you. He's not strong enough.
Auralaith: Grifyn, all I want is your love.
Grifyn: Love won't save you, Auralaith. Only my new powers can do that.
Auralaith: At what cost? You are a good person. Don't do this.
Grifyn: I won't lose you the way I lost my mother! I've become more powerful than any Paladin has ever dreamed of and I've done it for you. To protect you.
Auralaith: Come away with me. Help me raise our child. Leave everything else behind while we still can.
Grifyn: Don't you see, we don't have to run away anymore. I have brought peace to the Alliance. I am more powerful than the King. I can overthrow him, and together you and I can rule Azeroth. Make things the way we want them to be.
Auralaith: I don't believe what I'm hearing . . . Devoner was right. You've changed.
Grifyn: I don't want to hear any more about Devoner. The Paladins turned against me. Don't you turn against me.
Auralaith: I don't know you anymore. Grifyn, you're breaking my heart. I'll never stop loving you, but you are going down a path I can't follow.
Grifyn: Because of Devoner?
Auralaith: Because of what you've done . . . what you plan to do. Stop, stop now. Come back! I love you.
Grifyn: (seeing Devoner) Liar!
Auralaith turns around and. sees Devoner standing in the doorway of the carriage.
Auralaith: No!
Grifyn: You're with him. You've betrayed me! You brought him here to kill me!
Auralaith: NO! Grifyn. I swear ... I ...
Grifyn reaches out and chokes Auralaith.
Devoner: Let her go, Grifyn.
Grifyn: What have you and she been up to?
Devoner: Let her go!
Grifyn releases his grip on the unconscious Auralaith and she crumples to the ground.
Grifyn: You turned her against me.
Devoner: You have done that yourself.
Grifyn: You will not take her from me.
Grifyn throws off his cloak.
Devoner: Your anger and your lust for power have already done that.
Devoner flings off his cloak.
Devoner: (continuing) You have allowed this Demon Lord to twist your mind until now . . . until now you have become the very thing you swore to destroy.
They circle each other until Devoner is near Auralaith. He places his hand on her.
Grifyn: Don't lecture me, Devoner. I see through the lies of the Paladins. I do not fear the Fel as you do. I have brought peace, justice, freedom, and security to my new Kingdom.
Devoner: Your new Kingdom?
Grifyn: Don't make me kill you.
Devoner: Grifyn, my allegiance is to the Alliance ... to the Monarchy.
Grifyn: If you're not with me, you're my enemy.
Devoner: Only a Demon deals in absolutes. I will do what I must.
(unsheathes his sword)
Grifyn: You will try.
Grifyn brands his sword.
Grifyn lashes out at Devoner, and they begin a ferocious sword fight. Grifyn throws containers at Devoner using the Shadow.
They work their way off the spire and into the main entry hallway. Grifyn kicks Devoner, and Devoner drops to a lower level. (108)
Tomminkâs Trustee robot beeps his concern and rushes to the unconscious Auralaith's aid.
The battle intensifies.
Devoner: (continuing) The flaw of power is arrogance.
Devoner stands looking at his former apprentice for a moment.
Grifyn: You hesitate . . . the flaw of compassion.
Devoner and Grifyn lock blades. Devoner puts out his hand to use the Light to smite Grifyn. Grifyn puts out his hand to block Devoner.
Both combatants are blasted backwards onto the control panels.
They regain their footing and the battle continues. Grifyn kicks Devoner away.
They battle around the room, and eventually the door to the exterior is knocked open. They continue battling out onto a giant iron chain linked bridge .
Grifyn forces Devoner down a narrow iron chain bridge outside the Spire. He rips objects off the wall and throws them at Devoner as he pushes him further and further along the walkway.
The iron linked chain ends, and Devoner is trapped. He looks over the bridge and into a river of lava.
Grifyn cuts a piece of the bridge railing off, along with a stalagmite.
Warhorns sound, and the iron chains holding the superstructure disappears. It tumbles into the molten abyss, disappearing in a puff of smoke. A small pipe connects the Spire to the Main Foundry. Devoner has no choice but to tightrope-walk out across the lava river while fighting Grifyn.
Grifyn, following Devoner, jumps down onto the flexing pipe, lands, and resumes fighting.
Devoner and Grifyn work their way across the small pipe, fighting ferociously as they go. Devoner slips, throws his sword up in the air, grabs on to the pipe, swings around, grabs on to an upper pipe, retrieves his sword, and lands back on the original pipe. They continue to fight across the pipe until they reach the Main Foundry.
Devoner and Grifyn battle on the top of the black towered foundry, jumping from one to the other. At the end of the tower cluster, a huge spray of lava covers the attachments that hold up the towers. The frame begins to melt. It's raining lava. Both Grifyn and Devoner run for cover under the tower walls. They continue to fight in the lava rain, darting from cover to attack, then quickly retreating to cover.
Support for the entire structure begins to fall away, and the black iron towers falls into the lava river. The Paladins continue their fight, climbing to the highest point on the tower as the rest begins to melt away as it rides the swift current down the river.
It bends toward the lava as they get out toward the end. The fighting gets fierce. Devoner gets to the end and is trapped. The tower slowly starts to sink under the lava.
Devoner realizes he is getting very close to the edge of the lava falls. He grabs a rope and leaps from the tower arm. Grifyn follows.
Grifyn and Devoner continue their sword fight hanging from cables as they swing past each other.
From their cables, Grifyn and Devoner both spot something that causes them to stop fighting. The lava river ahead drops off in a tremendous lava fall.
SNAPPING AND METAL GROANS are heard as the main part of the Dark Iron tower starts to break away and move toward the lava fall. Devoner looks around and sees a small ancient fire tortoise making its way toward the tower.
Devoner does a small jump and lands squarely on the tortoiseâs shell. He immediately leans to one side and moves away from the tower.
Grifyn realizes he is doomed as the entire tower heads for the falls. In the distance he sees a fire basilisk. He swings back to the tower, climbs up and makes a running leap and miraculously lands on the basilisk. The reptile is confused and roars. The giant Dark Iron Tower goes over the lava flow and disappears in the midst of sparks below.
Devoner heads for the bank of the lava river, but Grifyn's Basilisk is faster. He catches up with his old Lord.
Devoner and Grifyn continue the swordfight. They battle away, balancing on the confused turtle and puzzled Basilisk. Grifyn, standing on the Basilisk, approaches Devoner on the fire turtle.
Devoner: I have failed you, Grifyn. I was never able to teach you to think.
Grifyn and Devoner confront each other on the lava river.
Grifyn: I should have known the Paladins were plotting to take over . . .
Devoner: From the Legion!!! Grifyn, Highlord Stevendin is evil.
Grifyn: From the Paladin point of view! From my point of view, the Paladins are evil.
Devoner: Well, then you are lost!
Grifyn: This is the end for you, My Lord. I wish it were otherwise.
Grifyn jumps onto Devoner's platform. The fighting continues again until Devoner jumps toward the safety of the black sandy edge of the lava river. He yells at Grifyn.
Devoner: It's over, Grifyn. I have the high ground.
Grifyn: You underestimate my power!
Devoner: Don't try it.
Grifyn follows, and Devoner cuts his young apprentice at the knees, then cuts off his left arm in the blink of an eye. Grifyn tumbles down the embankment and rolls to a stop near the edge of the lava.
Grifyn struggles to pull himself up the embankment. His tanned leather glove has been burned off. He keeps sliding down in the black sand.
Devoner: (continuing) . . . You were the Chosen One! It was said that you would, destroy the Legion, not join them. It was you who would bring peace to Azeroth, not leave it in Darkness.
Devoner picks up Grifyn's sword and begins to walk away. He stops and looks back.
Grifyn: I hate you!
Devoner: You were my cousin, Grifyn. I loved you.
Grifyn's clothing blows into the lava river and ignites. Suddenly Grifyn bursts into flames and starts SCREAMING.
215 INT. Blackrock Mountain-VOLCANO EDGE-DAY
Devoner looks in horror as Grifyn becomes engulfed in flames. Devoner can't watch him as he struggles to climb the embankment, covered in flames.
He runs back to Auralaith's carriage as Grifyn drops, smoldering, near the top of the lava pit.
Devoner makes his way to the carriage. He looks for Auralaith. Tommink sticks his head out the door of the carriage.
Tommink: Lord Redsteel! We have Miss Auralaith on board. Please, please hurry. We should leave this dreadful place.
Devoner runs into the carriage.
231 INT. STORMWIND -HIS MAJESTYâS ROYAL MEDICAL QUARTERS-DAY
Dreadlord Stevious hovers around the periphery of a group of medical imps who are working on Grifyn. Dreadlord Stevious paces in the foreground. An Imp approaches the Dark Lord.
Imp: My Lord, the construction is finished ... he lives.
Dreadlord Stevious: Good. Good.
The Imp moves back to the table where Dreadlord Grifyn lies. The table begins to move upright. Dreadlord Stevious moves in next to Dreadlord Grifyn.
Dreadlord Stevious: (continuing) Lord Grifyn, can you hear me?
Dreadlord Grifyn, with his dark mask and helmet, moves up into the frame until he is in a CLOSEUP.
Dreadlord Grifyn: Yes, My Master.
Dreadlord Grifyn looks around the room.
Dreadlord Grifyn: (continuing) Where is Auralaith? Is she safe, is she alright?
Dreadlord Stevious moves closer to the half demon/half man.
Dreadlord Stevious: I'm afraid she died. ... it seems in your anger, you killed her.
A LOW GROAN emanates from Grifyn's mask. Suddenly everything in the room begins to implode, including some of the Imps.
Dreadlord Grifyn: I couldn't have! She was alive! I felt her! She was alive! It's impossible!
Spring was finally on its way. You could feel it in the air, though the weather teased, great melts saturating the land with murky water, followed by snowy days that sprinkled the ground with a thin white cover. Only to melt away again on the next bright sunny afternoon. Soon there would be warmth and flowers, and bees. Birds winging through the air, and people everywhere. Â This dormant corner of Elwynn would flush with life and liveliness once more, lovely in bloom.
Today, however, was an overcast day. A chill clutched at the air, unwilling to let go. The smallfolk found work to do within their homes, near the hearth. Most of the House seemed to as well; it was still and quiet in Gracewell chapel. Visitors hoping for a blessing had already come and gone, eager to be settled and comfortable. But that was just as Auralaith wished it, this grey afternoon.
Despite the emptiness of her humble space, the priestess was working hard to fill it up with light. Candles burned bright in every wall sconce, table stick, and standing candelabra. Fat columns of cream coloured wax lined up precisely; they threw a reflected glow over the meticulously polished tables, pews, and clean wooden floors. Golden threads flashed from the simple tapestries Aura kept on the walls to lend coziness to the room.
When at last she was sure that she had lit every one, the young woman paused in the center of the chapel, drawing in a deep breath. The air smelled sweet, blooms mingling with the scent of hot wax. At the turning of the season, fresh flowers had been some trouble in acquiring. but Gracewell was near enough to the capital that many difficult items could be bartered for with the right trade in hand. And it felt proper to have them, on this occasion. White lilies, to represent the innocence restored to a soul upon its departure from the world. Â Auralaith had several modest arrangements of them. She would have one grouping sent to Lady Mirianda if the afternoon became busy, but if the silence continued, she would prefer to bring them herself.
One year.  It seemed both far too short a time, and impossibly long, considering all that had happened in between.  Exactly one year ago, at the end of another grey day with very little sun, Rhett Verran had met his end.  The decision hadnât sat well with the priestess then; it still troubled her, but it was the past.  Had she not been so close to events at the time, she might have missed the anniversary entirely.  Yet how could she, the way it had transpired? There would always be the lingering regret of roads not travelled. His poor mind had been so fractured; if sheâd been as open with her gifts then as she was now, perhaps she could have helped him.  Swayed his course.  But sheâd been afraid and far weaker in ability then.  It was just as likely the force clouding his mind would have overtaken her.  And yetâŚ
The time between his capture and execution was startlingly brief.  Sheâd missed her chance to go to him.  To tell him he was forgiven.  Who knew if that would have mattered to him, but it was another thing that she would change, if she could.  Instead, she made sure to remember Rhett now.  The priestess had only known him perhaps a year before everything had happened; maybe less. A part of her worried that all of this was overstepping her acquaintance, no matter what impact heâd ultimately made on her.  But since heâd gone from them, sheâd taken on new roles. This small home to the Light had been put in her hands as caretaker.  She felt responsible to the spiritual community of Gracewell, to keep light shining and all hearts welcome.  This, she felt, called her service to those of the House who had passed as much as those who dwelled here now.  And more than that⌠she wanted to remember him. The good times.  Seeing him with Meryim.  With the Lady Redsteel, his sister.  With her infant children strapped across him, watching over them so she could relax.  Speaking very seriously to little Robert about the strong man he could be someday.  Memories to blot away all that came later.  He was more than what heâd been turned to.  He was a complex human being on a strange path.
Auralaith took a seat on a center pew. Â She could have stood on the dias, overlooking it all, but today she was a humble parishioner first and foremost. Â She felt the warm light of candles against her skin, folded her hands in her lap, and smiled. Â Head bowed, she sang the words to a favourite prayer, quietly at first, but with increasing strength. Â Rhett was where he could be at ease now, only himself, uncomplicated by the wants of others. Â The priestess sang to his memory with that thought in mind, marking the anniversary peacefully in the glowing chapel.
Cassa was sitting and people watching in Stormwind, which was unusually boring for its standards. Thankfully, her day was brightened when Hector appeared near her. She simply laughed at him as she glanced him over, he was in dress pants and a coat, looking rather dressed up.
âOh, come on now, I just felt like it. Iâm taking you out, by the way, do you want to change?â
Cass looked herself over, âDo I âneed- to change?â She was in her standard gear, knives, leather, and well-armed, but always hidden.
âNo, no, I just⌠Well, letâs go then.â He was up to something. The mage he brought along conjured them a portal on the spot, and they walked through it with ease.
Hector looked around. âWe are in the right spot, come on.â He began to lead her down a pathway, he seemed nervous but remained composed for the most part. Over a small hill there was a small area set up for a romantic dinner, seating for only two. The plates were set with some fresh meats cooked what seems to be only a few minutes ago, greens fresh from the field as well as other fixings one would find at a dinner. Hector led Cassa to a seat and pulled the seat out for her.
Cas chuckled some, âWe in⌠Val'sharah? I thought this place was covered in nightmare shit.â She smirked and sat down, nodding out a thank you.
âI asked Bea and she recommended the spot to me, I ainât the most romantic type.â He chuckled.
Cas smirked, âAsked her on where to eat?â She chuckled and shook her head, âIâm shocked she didnât say a pub.â She motioned to her food, asking if they could dig in.
He nodded. âHelp yourself, I had the chefs come out just before I met you, itâs all fresh. Those men work wonders for me.â They both began to eat the wonderful dinner. âI asked her for a nice spot to take you out to, this was her answer.â
âHmm, well, she did nicely.â She chuckled and nodded in approval of the yummy food. âItâs amazinâ.â
âI could not have asked for a better staff. So, are you enjoying your new position with the Redsteels?â
Cas nodded, âYup, signed the papers a few days ago, I hope it got sent back already.â
âI trust it will be in soon, the Redsteels are good on paperwork.â He chuckled. âI thought we needed a night away from all the mumbo jumbo demons and all. A night for us.â He smiled brightly to her. Cas smiled a bit, âOkay.â She chuckled and continued to eat, the meal being one of the best she had in months.
Hector sighed with a smile. âSo Miss Cass, anything new in your little world hum?â
Cas just watched him with furrowed brows, âNah, nothinâ on my end. Most free time Iâve had since Iâm not workinâ in Dalaran anymore, thank the fuckinâ Light, is spent with Bea. She gushes on about Greg. Itâs cute and disgustinâ at the same time.â
âYeah⌠I gotta agree, they can get a little too cute, but for Beaâs sake I just avoid it all together.â Hector finished up his meal. He waited as Cas ate in perhaps the least lady like fashion, slouching, elbows on the table, and uncrossed legs. She nodded, "Good, no reason to see them all gross and cute together.â She nibbled on the last few bites of her meal and flashed him a smile.
As they finish Hector looked to Cass, smiling, happy he was with her. After a moment he stood up. âYou gotta see this view. Bea really knows her stuff.â He led Cass to a spot in the grass overlooking the grove. She blinked and stood up, following along.
âHard to think that this is what all the druids are thinking ofâŚâ Hector said, as he played with something in his hand nervously. Cas nodded, clearly impressed by the site. âIf this is only a glimpse of what the Dream may look like, damn. Imagine the whole thing.â
Hector sighed, looking over the grove. Lush fields fill the sight of the two, and for a moment, if not more, itâs almost like there was not a care in the world. Hector broke the silence, taking Cassaâs hand in his own, looking into her eyes with a smile and speaking. âCass, Iâve been thinking a lot lately⌠And I think I have come to a point in my life that I have something important to say⌠When I first joined Mirianda and Devoner on this adventure, I had hopes for great things, but I see now that the greatest thing is right here with me. You have made my life wonderful, each day is a new blessing that I have found in your eyes, each minute another epic adventure by your side, and I want to keep it this way forever.â Hector got down on one knee. âCassa Moore, I have an important question for you. Will you stand by me now and forever, will you take this ring upon yourself, will you, Cassa Moore, marry me?â Hector pulled out a small box and opened it to reveal a rather large looking diamond ring with two slightly smaller alexandrite gems on either side of it. Along the sides sit smaller diamonds each shimmering in the moonlight.
Cas was blinking slowly as she watched him talk and take her hand in his. She very slowly grinned and covered her face to keep from chuckling as he continued on. She gave him a bright smirk as she peered at the ring. âYes, of course. Youâre stuck with me now though, you hear?â
âI wouldnât want it any other way.â He smiled, stood up, and pulled Cassa in for a long kiss. Cas laughed and returned the embrace, then pulled back and offered her left hand to him.
Hector slipped the ring onto her ring finger. âA fitting ring for Lady Cassa I would say.â
Cas laughed brightly and moved the ring against her fingers, âShit, Hector, you didnât need to spend a fuckinâ fortune on it, you know that?â
âI wanted too, Iâve been saving my money for it, thatâs directly from me. The house paid none of it.â He put his hands around her waist, smiled at her, all the nervous stress gone. âI am happy we are together Cass. My snowflake.â
She chuckled, âWell, shit, ok then.â She hugged him tightly, âNo wonder you were actinâ all weird.â
âI know, I know⌠I wanted it to be perfect, and I think I hit it pretty hard on the nose.â She laughed, âYou did good, I love it.â She wiggled her fingers around some, getting use to the feeling of the ring on her finger. âI hope you donât expect me to wear this all the time, yeah? Iâd probably snap the damn rocks right off by accident when practicinâ.â
âNo, I get that part, we donât exactly live a posh life, just remember: you are stuck with me now.â He chuckled and pulled her back in for another kiss. Cas chuckled again and kissed him back, pulling him into a hug afterwards.
âWhen should we tell everyone else?â She asked with excitement. âAs soon as youâd like. Only Bea knows currently⌠I was going to ask Mirianda to do the service for us.â Hector added with a nod.
Cas smiled brightly. âIâd like that. Very much, actually.â He smiled. âMe too, I think sheâd be up for it. I wonder how Aura will react, if Grif will soon follow suit.â
She shrugged. âNo idea, he should. Been long enough honestly. I do hope Miri can. Maybe Aura if Miri is too busy.â
Hector nodded. âAgreed, but I think Miri would make the time for us.â He smiled.
âI hope so too.â She smirked and wiggled her fingers again. He watched her and smirked. âI am glad you like it.â
She flashed a huge, brilliant smile, "Of course I would, silly.â
((Welp. It happened. It was cute <3 @miriredsteel @auralaith @bastard-of-redsteel @breiana-fairfax @lillian-aherys @stephennanzel @devonerredsteel @grumpdargon @velurensilverscale))
Never have I drawn anything that looked more like a mid 90s anime!
So back in November I successfully finished NaNoWriMo working on a story-line between my character @auralaith and @bastard-of-redsteel (123 pages!) I started drawing this based on some ideas at the time, encompassing some of their personal metaphors and dreamscapes. Took a while to finish, but even though I still need a lot of practice with bodies, Iâm pretty happy with the two of them. â¤ď¸
The Great Nyehehe stood triumphantly over the corpse of the freshly-slain Dragon, satisfied with so easily and heinously defeating such a beast.
But then, a thought arose within the Great Nyeheheâs maniacal, mentally insane mind, repeating itself: âThe Great Nyehehe has slain a Dragon!! The Great Nyehehe has slain a Dragon!! The Great Nyehehe has slain a DragonâŚ? The Great Nyehehe has slain a DragonâŚÂ The Great Nyehehe has slain a Dragon!?!â
With an unpleasant realization of what he had just done, the Great Nyehehe fretted and worried, sweat running down his brow like a river, pacing about his so-called âEvil Lairâ.âThe Great Nyehehe has slain a dragon,â the villain pondered, âbut who else slays Dragons? Heroes!! Princes!! Knights in Shining Armor, thatâs who!! Oh, Drat!! Drat!! And double Drat!! What will those accursed mortals think!?!  What if they think heâs some Hero himself!?! Oh woe, is the Great Nyehehe!! Oh, his reputation as a ruthless overlord and dastardly villain will surely come to its end!! Oh, curses!!â
As the Great Nyeheheâs stammered and rambled in worry, the three Gnomish street performers unified again into one whole, three-man costume again and discreetly sneaked away to avoid another boorish incident with the madman whom had just ruined their act. Whether they were either very late to the Lunar Festival or very, very early, the Great Nyehehe never bothered to research or even acknowledge.Â
Hey WoW RPers, this is for you! I realized how often I need to crack open my visual guide to help people with timeline answers, so I figured I would upload the full thing as images. It was released during MoP so it ends there, but weâre in about Year 32 as of my posting this (assuming WoD took a year).
Sapphire Crusade Winter Veil staff party! Important features: Jaylheâs âspecialâ eggnog; Gregory in an ugly Light sweater he was forced to wear because âit was a giftâ; Arthurâs highly invaded personal space from which he may need therapy.
Trying to get something sketched, hnnng. Iâve decided I like this transmog robe a lot, I need to do a fancier version. It looks like it has a nice cozy cardigan over top and Aura would dig that.
