hi my blog is not couriberg centric so idk where to put my Thoughts so i have come to you o couriberg messenger to offer random observations i haven’t seen anyone talk about in detail.
the first time i ever saw anything related to Them was when couri did that event with ludwig & co and did three speedruns while they tried to do one, hbg (mainly fein and infume) naturally do a hatewatch of this in which they lose their goddamn minds at everything couri does. it’s very funny. ANYWAY funnily enough it was that video of all videos that first made me go ohhhhh i know what you are. there’s this point when infume is crashing out over smth couri is doing and fein goes “he ALWAYS does that do you not watch him? 🙄” i remember thinking it was so funny that in the midst of hatewatching and ripping him apart fein had to remind everyone that HE watches all of couri’s content and HE knows all of his quirks and also sounding vaguely offended at the concept of someone not watching couri’s content. (fein going yayyyy at the end when couri wins is also Very Good. even though he plays it off by immediately making fun of him i caught u boy i saw the genuine happiness on ur face)
anyway. sorry for this absolute essay in your inbox my thesis statement is fein hatewatches as a form of love which is why he will do it to couri five thousand million times. they r in love thank you for coming to my ted talk.
YES YES YES HATEWATCHING IS FEIN'S LOVE LANGUAGE ITS A BIG ONE fein's love languages consist of gift giving and HATE. WATCHING. he is a major couriway watcher and he WILL let the people know that yes he always watches couri yes couri is the first thing he watches in the morning
i noticed this pattern with fein from uhm. studying him. to put it simply. and his morning routine is literally wake up, contemplate if he should eat or not, then go and eat and WATCH COURI at the same time. my friend watches couri and checks the viewer list while im in school and fein usually appears during 12-2 pm est so it implies he does wake up and go watch couri if couri is live which he most definitely is live
he also checks couri's stats a lot. couri yt vid recommended and the red watch bar wasnt full but he was like "couri i promise i fully watched it idk why its not all red :(" and couri was like "no i know you watched it its okay" but he like violently studies couri's twitch stats AND he said that he knows couri's editing process the best during this rant he went on after losing 4 matches of ranked and getting side tracked and ending up talking abt couri's yt vid process and how much work he puts into his vids
fein always, always loves watching couri. his hatewatching is his excuse to watch and he also frequently bickers with couri and they were bickering thru streams and thru discord itself theyre sooo dumb and cute and UGH!!
he also seems to want couri's praise and approval a Lot. when he got his aa wr after sobbing his eyes out and looking at stuff he immediately went "what does couri think? did i do good?" (<- this also could've been another moment) and couri said this
but yea yea fein is couri's no.1 fan no.1 lover and no.1 hater of all time HE'S BEEN A COURI FAN SINCE FOREVER ITS SOO
couri posting this to "what interaction changed the trajectory of your life?" and fein's messages here are soo cute and the fact that couri has believed in fein since the very, very start. fein has always believed in and loved couri so much and he still does believe in couri with his whole heart. fein is so awkward in these texts "haha" and he's so cute 😭
