I've been weaning off my anti-depressants and caught covid from a hot and sweaty gay Valentines day party. My fever dreams dug deep to cast my ex as the main character for three straight days. I have been no-contact with her for a year and a half. This was the saddest I felt since the break up because the meds dulled me out. I stop my intrusive thoughts when creating an imaginary situation where we are laughing together and aggressively fucking and accept that we are entirely different people now.

Thankfully I broke the fever and plan to get a booster.
