It amazing how time works. How we can feel connections we have with people that can be far away. I am a firm believer that if the connection is strong enough you can feel how much someone misses you, loves you and cherishes you. It doesn't happen often but when it does it's not something you can easily let go of. Life is funny in a twisted way.

Had a little heart to heart with my best friends last night and more than anything they made me realize how much I deserve. Stop punishing yourself Kim, you're worth more than you think. I'm accepting me and working on my failures.

Change is good. Today is the first time in a long time I feel like I'm getting back to myself. I'm working on a better me and improving the way I love and live my life. It's gonna take a long time but I know this is what my body needs- a spiritual cleansing. Letting go of the negative things in my life and reintroducing the good. "The dawn is coming; all is well, I will rejoice"
