A quarter century and still not much to be proud of. Sure ive punched through a lot of drywall but that amounts to nothing. Gentle gloves and rough hands. Thick guts thin blood. Stutter nights, my bouncing leg will carry me through the worst of it.

There’s some kind of internal repulsion of sincerity. I know how it is that I feel but as always the duality separates me like time between the still and the subject. Can the head and the heart be paired? There is no cohesion or collaboration, their wants are periods, not commas. Unfortunately, their distinct desires are not so far apart as to be opposites, they’re just lacking completely in compatibility. A compromise between heart wants, and head wants leaves both bitter. resentful and angry; so angry. Is it only anger they share? The heart wants to want what the head thinks is worthy of want. The head would just like to be further above it all. If the above is impossible it would prefer to be submerged in the mud. 

Both believe it is unlikely.

If you look long enough with the unfocused eye you can begin to see the strings behind the veil shimmer. The universal pulse.

Radiohead Share Their Unreleased Title Track for James Bond’s ‘Spectre’

Never one to fit into a specific formula, Radiohead’s Spectre theme hardly copies and pastes the typical elements of a James Bond song. That creepy spy-ish chord progression, the horns/strings—they’re in there, but only in brief glimpses, swirling around with Thom Yorke’s angelic falsetto. Maybe it was too weird for a major Hollywood film. Maybe it was too melodramatic—even for a Bond theme. Yorke said in a Tweet that “it didn’t work out.” We thoroughly enjoyed it and think you will too.
