Mental problems are hard. They’re easy to hide or can get pushed away by others as you just “being lazy” or “wanting attention”. They can leave invisible scars and affect you for life.

Asking for help is hard. It can feel impossible because you don’t know who to open up to, who would believe your, or how to get in contact with a therapist/other professionals.

Asking for help is also the best thing you can do.

If anyone needs an extra push to reach out and ask, I just want to say that I believe in you. You can do it.

Asking for help doesn’t make you weak.

It makes you strong.

Please. Take care of yourself. Ask for help.
