Themeforest’s Power Elite Author doing frauds.
Hello Envators,
So, two years ago I bought Simple Café Restaurant WordPress Theme by @GT3themes. However, It was deleted by the Author. I ask here for theme but @charlie4282 explain how Envato T&Cs works. I contacted @GT3themes via there website, Facebook & a tweet but unfortunately they are Power Elite Author and have no time to reply.
Anyway, I forget things, bought another theme and moved on.
But, recently, they decided to reply to my tweet. Magical isn’t it., And, told me to contact them on their website.

Well, I did. Asking for simply send me a copy of the theme. I didn’t ask for any refund or anything. Just a Theme that I bought.

Mike Tailor from @GT3themes replied at 12:17 AM asking for Purchase Code. I thought good now they will validate my purchase code and will send me a copy.

So, I sent Purchase Code at 12:21 AM
Now, Mr. Power Elite Author ask me to PAY AGAIN for the item that I already bought. I didn’t asked for support or anything.

I am still waiting for these Cheap Elite Author’s reply. I sent my first message at 12:10 AM and their last message was at 12:54 AM.
Maybe, they are busy writing Terms.
Now, all I want to know, How and Why Envato allow such fraudulent authors to sell their items.
It was completely fine for @GT3themes to deny me for asking for the copy of the theme. But, how they can ask me to pay $29 per year for the item that I already bought. Seriously?
This is nothing but an Act of Shame.
They do not have any Terms & Condition Page available on their Website. However, upon Deep Link Search, I found a Terms & Condition Page on their website. (Screenshot) This page is for Affiliate Program only.
Now, I know this has nothing to do with Envato but @GT3themes is Envato’s Power Elite Author and @GT3themes caught doing frauds with Envato’s customers So what action Envato will take?
To dear Mike Tylor & @GT3themes, for next time please make Terms page before saying “That’s our website terms.”.
Where are terms? In your F mind.
Another thing, you are telling me that you will provide me the latest version of the theme if I will pay your again $29 per year but the theme is not available to buy at all, neither on Themeforest nor on your website. If the theme is not on sale then it is obvious, you will also not update the theme. Hence, how you can provide me the latest version? You are not even able to update your own website. [Link]
Your Test Pages are available on Google (https://gt3themes.com/test)
I recommend all users not to buy any item by @GT3themes because they are doing frauds.
