I think witch of hope flowery because hes way more active in his manipulation of his aspect (fake stats and stuff!) and how witches tend to break the rules of their aspect a lot more (breaking the rules of how the dark worlds are meant to work) :3 in the end these fake stats and his control over the world dont quite protect him, as the knight is able to cleave right through the make belief stats and get to his physical light world body 👀 love to hear other peoples interpretations tho!

Re-Designs of the new Homestuck Class Symbols

I decided to make the whole symbols look like the Derse/Prospit moons Even More So, by adding a lil mini moon for the Derse/Prospit Moonsway ontop of the class+aspect combos On top of the other design edits I did which was essentially halve the number of spokes on each wheel down to 12, Give the Active Pairs circles inbetwen spokes to give off a Nature Flower/Inward Expanding Energy Growing Outward Theme and Give the Passive Pairs circle cutouts inbetween spokes to give off a Mechanical Gears/Outer Environment Energy Processed Internally Theme Also pairs well with the designs of the spokes themselves, to give off a very Lace design or Web theme I think as well, very aesthetically pleasing to me personally at least lol

Hope is one of the 12 Aspects of Homestuck. Its Opposite is the Aspect Rage. When I think of Hope, I think of Undying Faith and Belief that everything around you is perfect and is going to be okay, one way or another. Everything will turn out just fine, if not perfectly wonderful in the end. Hope is Unconditional Love and Trust, it is warm open accepting arms to anything or any person. It is the underlying thought that what is here is right and true. It is the thought that where there’s a will there’s a way! No matter how dark, there is a light at the end of the tunnel! It’s the truth! It must be! Hope is always perfectly agreeable and optimistic that nothing will go wrong, so their answer is always a big enthusiastic YES! But don’t think of Hope as just a calm and peaceful encouraging nudging force, Hope is also like the Angel that grabs you on the run, flying you forward at breakneck speed to your rewards and eternal happiness. It is the Drive, the Unstoppable Force of Will that pushes you forward against all odds.

What kind of powers would a rogue of hope have?

a rogue of hope would be a passive relocator, someone who redistributes hope or works with hope to benefit others. rogues tend to "steal" their aspect in order to help their teammates or others in need. in the case of a rogue of hope, their abilities might include stealing hope from enemies and providing it to allies, thus weakening their adversaries' faith and strengthening their allies' resolve. hope, as an aspect, deals with faith, inspiration, and the creation of the inexplicable. therefore, the rogue of hope might be able to foster a sense of optimism and determination in their allies when they need it most. they could also manipulate the power of belief to create illusions or unreal scenarios that can be used to their team's advantage.

just another oldhead popping in to say thanks for maintaining this blog! i started reading homestuck in 2010, when i was in middle school. it's fun to look at this stuff from back in the day. btw did you reshare the "combination pizza hut and taco bell" video yet?? i randomly remembered it the other day and cracked tf up
