The past seven days have just been one punch in the gut after another.

I’m laughing SO HARD because like my friends have been really worried about me this week because of my previous post and tonight is the big Jazz Weekend concert which is like a HUGE deal every year and everyone goes to the concert and then out to bdubs after but you-know-who is playing in the concert and like the idea of staring at him for two hours in the suit i picked out for him a week ago is not something i’m tryna do tonight and like i don’t feel like going out and pretending i’m okay when i’m not. Sometimes you have to sit at home in sweats on a friday night, watch netflix, and cry because the boy you love doesn’t love you back. I just lost my place in this disaster of a post, but anyways a bunch of people were like “where are you are you coming out blahblahblah” and i turned everyone down so my friend alexia had warm cookies delivered to my door and the receipt had “Proverbs 3:15″ written on it (which actually made me kinda sad because that verse says “she is more precious than rubies, nothing you desire can compare with her” and I only know that verse because a year and a half ago you-know-who sent it to me in a postcard when I was working at camp) BUT the special instructions said to sing upon delivery and the guy got all uncomfortable and sand the words “someone loves you” in his falsetto and I was all puffy eyed like i had clearly just been crying and i was clearly heart broken and he just goes “...you’re gonna be alright. I promise” and I was like “...thanks...” and it was SO WEIRD but i’m laughing SO HARD.

so like any advice for how to get over accidentally falling completely in love with your best friend and then losing the friendship because of it?? anyone?? asking for a friend...
