Elegante Flama (G-Virus)

This is a crossover between Resident Evil and “Technocircle”. Flama is a book character by a guy that i’ve illustrated his works, and i thought that both contexts (the guy’s book and Re2) would fit well.

He has different malformation as well, and evolution capacibility. Also, because of his natural powers, can predict seconds of the future.
