Bad Interview

Okay let me tell you all a story about the worst interview I’ve ever had. So I had an interview for Hungry Jacks yesterday (DON’T JUDGE I NEED THE MONEY). I was on time, in fact I was early. I brought all the correct things and I waited patiently. Well.....

Two guys come out for the interview. I’d never been interviewed by guys before and I’m slightly introverted but I put it past me. What ever I think, I’ll do fine I think, I’m sure they are nice.........WRONG. So one of the guys was middle aged (and also Indian/ Sri Lankan, which is mostly irrelevant) and the other guy looked like he was in his 20′s. So far so good, they have asked fairly normal questions. BUT THEN: You said you like hanging out with friends, If a friend asks to hang out with you when you have a shift what would you do?

Of course I say I’d reschedule with the friend (duh) and I know I actually would. The older guy replies with “That’s what they all say in the interview until they get the job” in the rudest and moodiest way imaginable. I was taken back by this, I wouldn’t expect him to say this to my face, it’s a rude thing to say even behind employs back. The younger guy continues to ask questions while the other glares at me through the interview. When the interview had ended another guy came in for his interview, and guess what this guy did.....

HE BECAME THE HAPPIEST MAN ON THE WHOLE DAMN PLANET.

So basically I’m pretty sure I didn’t get the job and also people are rude.
