My folks had to put their pup to sleep today. She was 14 and had a very good, spoiled life. And let's be clear: she ran the joint. We named her Holly because we got her for my mom one Christmas. I picked her up four hours away and drove her home as a surprise. She was also a huge lover and hugely invested in her people. I got to spend time with her over the holiday and I knew we didn't have long. Good, sweet dog. RIP: Holly.
