My muse just did something stupid that almost got them killed. Yell at them.
Send a ✗ and my muse will react to being called a monster.
The way his name was spoken sounded so familiar. Hiro blinked, looking up towards the other. Emotional distress. He frowned, nose wrinkling as he tried to grasp why that sounded so familiar to him. He nodded slowly, understanding that this would take time. He was quite relieved to know that this person was so patient with him. "Uh… I have friends?" He hadn’t been too sure. In fact, this person was the only person he’d seen since he’d woken up in the hospital. He was beginning to think he was alone in the world, left clueless and helpless. "You’re honestly the only person I’ve seen since I woke up,” he muttered, sounding slightly dismayed. The smile that Baymax wore was infectious and Hiro couldn’t help but return it.
He seemed very helpful. “All right, but first thing is first.” He brushed his hand off on the bedsheet and held it out. “What’s your name? I don’t want to keep calling you that guy.” And then, the warmth of his smile increased. "Could you help me?”
The smile that was plastered on the nurse-bots face only grew when the boy finally returned it. He smiled... he smiled! Did this mean that if Baymax continued to seem happy... then Hiro would be happy as well? The improvement in his patients emotional state relieved a bit of the bot's worries-- only to have them replaced with new ones. ... It was normal that he wouldn't remember this name-- right? There was no reason why he should remember his name... After all-- his role in the boys life hadn't been all the lengthly. It was more likely that he would remember someone like Aunt Cass... The time that the nurse-bot had spent in the boys was... rather short...
Despite the robots thoughts-- he had to keep a smile on his face. Had to keep a smile on the boy's face. "Your friends were here this morning... However, they had to leave for classes." It was a bit sad-- that they couldn't be here when Hiro woke up... "My name is Baymax, your Personal Healthcare Companion." ... Might as well start with the basic introduction, right? ... Although-- he didn't quite get what the boy was trying to do with his hand. Was he attempting to do a fist-bump? Balling his hand into a fist, he lightly hit it against the boy's hand. "Balalalala~" Cue the cheesy explosion noises from the nurse-bot--
Offering a smile, “No problem.” Tenka responded, “Tell him to take care and not lose you again.” she nodded. It would be a big hassle for the health companion to lose his charge again, after all, what if Hiro really did indeed need Baymax but Baymax was nowhere to be found? That would cause a lot of trouble… She was about to leave and head for her own lab when she stopped in her steps, nanobots? There was another in this school that was studying nanotechnology!? She turned around and returned to where she was standing, “Hiro studied nanotech?” she asked, “T-That’s amazing!” she exclaimed, running a hand through her windblown hair, “You think he’ll give me some insight on how to go about making bots for medicine?” she asked, excited.
"Well-- no not exactly... more like he invented a series of Nanobots to impress Mr. Callaghan-- and offer him a chance to go here. He created them before he started attending here, so he entered the school with that research in his file. He actually enlisted and enrolled several weeks later due to his brother's passing." The nurse-bot's smile drooped slightly-- remembering his inventors passing. "However, I am sure that he could give you some advice on how to go about it. It was quite a while ago that he created them, but I'm sure he still remembers a lot."
"So then-- your studying nanobots for medical purposes?"
someone uploaded the slowed down time lapse for bh6!!

"A glitch?" Hiro tilted his head to the side. "What happened? Lemme see, I could fix it."
"..." He was incapable of lying to the boy. Lying was not something that was programmed into him. Well, at least it wasn't in normal terms. The bot would be able to lie if the truth impacted the health of his patient... but-- this was a different story... "It seems as though, I have dreamt something. Something... rather unpleasant at that."
Happy Holidays!
KHC= Wasabi, Hiro, Fred
KHC kiss hug cuddle
“Since Wasabi is not to keen on germs… I suppose I would hug him. I don’t think that Fred would be opposed to cuddling. I suppose that leaves me with kissing Hiro.” … It was a bit odd, how non-chalantly he said it—
Although, Baymax was a medical robot. He really had no problem with physical contact and the like—
This is Tadashi, my older brother. He wanted to help a lot of people. People keep saying Tadashi’s not really gone, as long as we remember him.

It was complicated. Hiro wanted to talk to Baymax. He would love nothing more than to sit with his dearest friend and express his emotions. But, he knew that he couldn’t. He knew that if he did, Baymax might judge him for all that he said- all the darkest thoughts in his mind that threatened to consume him whole. He was stubborn- he wouldn’t give in or up. True, he had experienced enough pain. Physically and emotionally, Hiro was growing exhausted. He’d endured so much pain and suffering, yet he chose to keep it to himself. He chose to suffer alone because he couldn’t bear to drag someone through the dark with him. He couldn’t bear to force Baymax to trudge through that thick fog, grasping for a hand that curled into tight claws, morphing into something so monstrous. His breaths hitched as he felt a painful sting in his throat. “Don’t say that, Baymax,” he murmured, “Sleep will make it go away.” He sounded desperate, as if he needed it to be accurate. But, when Baymax spoke again, Hiro heard the emotions. He wasn’t sure what to say, mind racing to provide him with an answer. “I…-” He trailed off, lowering his head once again. He could feel that dark abyss swirling back into his view. Wouldn’t it be easier to just destroy what hurt you? Stop. Stop thinking like that.
"We can talk when we get home. All right? Promise." And that was a promise he’d keep.
The nurse-bot found a genuine smile spreading across his lips. The relief that he experienced as the boy uttered those words was indescribable-- He wanted-- more than anything, for Hiro to rely on him. Let him help him, let him heal him-- (Emotionally healing, in this case). More over, it was the boy's tone that convinced and won the bot's trust. He trusted that Hiro truly would talk to him this time... and thus, he let the subject drop there. "You aren't alone... Hiro. Remember that." For some reason... the errors the bleeped in his head every time he broke a language protocol started to fade further, and further into the distance. The robot was starting to tune them out now-- No, he was learning to tune them out. The question was-- was this a good, or bad thing?
Speeding through the chilled air of San Fransokyo at the speed Baymax was going, it didn't take them to long to reach their home. Flying lower, and lower to the ground-- he eventually touched down just outside the boy's garage.
Short PSA--
Okay-- so I thought I'd write a short thing about this cause I know a lot of people are shy to talk to me first and crap but imma say a thing thats gunna blow ur mind yooooo I'mshy2yoooooooooooo Don't be afraid to remind me of a thread-- (Although I do tend to drop greeters that kinda... hit a wall-- Although, thats doesn't mean I'm not open to doing more threads or memes!) --or come into my askbox randomly. Even if it's just to talk about cats or some crap-- (Ilovecatsyoooo---) or if it's to vent. Apparently I give good advice about social stuff??? (ProbablycauseI'vebeenthroughhellandbackmyselfbutTHATSBESIDETHEPOINT--) Anyhow-- my point is, I ain't gunna hate on ya for contacting me, or coming into my inbox. -w- Literally, due to reasons I'm unable to hate about %99.99999999999 percent of people. Thats all~ :3
Hiro frowned, eyes lowering as he tried to piece together what the other was saying. Recharging his battery? All right, so that meant that he had been alone during…whatever had happened. “My name is Hiro Hamada,” he muttered, more to himself that to the other. He lifted his hand, running it through his strands of hair. He stopped, frozen in place. He looked up at Baymax, eyes searching his face for any trace of assistance. “A brother…?” His name was Tadashi. Hiro stared, the name causing an uncomfortable feeling to form in the pit of his stomach. Tadashi, no!! Tadashi, what are you doing? Hey, Tadashi? I just, you know… thanks.
He didn’t remember fully. All he could really feel was discomfort, worry, sorrow and a nagging pain growing. He found himself sliding into labored breathing, trying to reel in his emotions. “I-I don’t… I don’t know- should I- I feel like… I know, I just…I don’t remember!” Was this bot sure he had a brother…?
Perhaps... perhaps he shouldn't have said the name... The very mention of it seemed to make the boy uncomfortable, and rather... agitated. "... Hiro-- calm down... I did not mean to cause you emotional distress. It's... alright if you cant remember right now. It's... alright if you can't remember me. You'll remember at your own pace." At least... he hoped he would-- Wait-- what would happen if he couldn't remember? Did he even remember Aunt Cass? What about his friends-- Gogo, Fred, Wasabi-- what about them? Perhaps... perhaps they could help him remember--! "Would you like me to notify your friends of your condition...? Perhaps they could help you. In times of need-- it has shown to help to have friends at your side for emotional support." A smile had made it's way back onto his face. Perhaps-- perhaps this was going to be okay-- perhaps Hiro would remember him along the way!

Send ↳ for my muse’s reaction to waking up after a nightmare about your muse dying
The nurse-bot nearly fell off his charging station as he awoke with a start. What… was that…? No— he wasn’t meant to have dreams! Wasn’t meant to… to dream about something like that—
Something else on him must have broken… Yes— yes that was it… That had to be it— right…?
Hiro noticed some movement coming from Baymax’s direction and turned around in his chair. “…Baymax?” He questioned. It wouldn’t make sense for Baymax to activate on his own, but with Mochi sleeping on his bed and Aunt Cass not home, he couldn’t find any other reason for a disturbance in the silence.
"...." The robot remained silent for a moment-- forcing a smile onto his face. He would stowed his thoughts of worry, and anxiety deep within his mechanical heart. "It seems as though I have undergone a minor glitch. It is nothing to worry about, though." ... he hated lying to him...
