I think people don't really know what "fair" means. Because yes, Bay knows Sun has injured his shoulder. He even asked Sun's friend if Sun is sure that he wants to continue the competition. Sun said, "yes".

It has always been Sun's choice. Of all people, he knows his capabilities and limits. No one forced him to play with an injured shoulder for 3 WHOLE HOURS (which is fucking stupid btw. Like yeah, sure jeopardise your place in the National Team for school tryout match 🫠🫠🫠). Bay did not put a gun to his head to play the game.

Bay conceding because he thinks it would be the best for Sun would be extremely condescending, bordering on insulting.

"Fair" is when both have willingly entered a competition, knowing full well if their bodies can take it. It shouldn't be confused with "everything should be the same", because in a competition nothing ever will be exactly the same.

I think between the Dads, Bay's father is the lesser evil (when it comes to parenting). 🙃

Sure, both are pushing their sons to continue their pointless rivalry but at least Bay's father takes his sons' likes into account. He doesn't force Bay and Boat to do anything that they wouldn't like.

Whereas Sun's dad is too fucking competitive that it's beyond unhealthy. He really treats Sun like an extension of himself, and therefore must do whatever it is that he thinks is right regardless of Sun's wellness.
