I disagree with this dumb “nuclear option” policy change to begin with, but when you start tagging my little shipping sketches that have nothing even slightly racy, let alone sexually explicit, your algorithm seriously needs work.

(Actually, better yet, maybe don’t use algorithms as the be-all end-all of your policy enforcement, because enforcing policy with a machine you don’t actually understand is a really bad idea to begin with?)

I came home after a really, really bad day at work yesterday and found a mysterious package waiting for me. And this is what was inside! Needless to say, it went a long way toward cheering me up.

So, huge thank you to my friend Chris for buying this for me, and my compliments to the artist, MeiTsukihana. I love it! This was a wonderful surprise after a really rough day.

Happy Valentine’s Day 2018!

Today is Arbitrary Focus on Love Day! And because I am a soppy, sappy sort, I decided to of course draw my favorite OTP forever.

This is a criminally overlooked pairing, and I’m not sure why. Gyftrot and Vegetoid are perfect for each other, but there is precious little content depicting them together. I’m hoping that trend will be reversed.

Happy(?) new year, everybody!

...It’s... it’s a little late, but it’s still January, right?  Actually, 2017 had one last nasty pneumonia-related surprise for my family to deal with right at the end, so I didn’t quite get this one drawn as early as I wanted to.  But better late than never, right?  And besides, isn’t it good to see everyone setting aside their differences and getting together around a bonfire?

So, here is my farewell to 2017, and my fragile hope for a better 2018.

Hey there to anyone still following.  It’s been a few months since my last post, but the reasons for that are pretty mundane, if unpleasant.  My job has been taking a lot out of me lately, and my shifts were recently increased to 11 hour days.  I feel kinda bad about not posting anything for so long... so I thought I'd give a little explanation about what's been going on.

I am still working on After Ebott, but real world and work obligations have slowed the pace a bit, hence the lack of updates.  It's going, though!  I'm gonna keep what I'm working on a bit under wraps for now, because it is taking longer than expected for things to get done.  I might try to post some other things that are a bit less intensive than work on the game, though.

Sorry for the silence.  I have a tendency of vanishing, and it kind of feeds on itself because I feel bad about it and then have trouble saying anything...

But anyway, hope you're all doing well out there!

It is Valentine’s Day!  ...I haven’t posted anything in a while, but I felt like I couldn’t let this day go by without putting out a little something.

Sorry for the inactivity lately. Aside from real life presenting some interesting challenges right now, working on After Ebott has also been soaking up a good chunk of my free time, and I haven’t had a lot of time to contribute to other creative endeavors. As such, I’m a bit out of practice with drawing, but I hope people will like these anyway!

So here, have some little Friskriel sketches.  Including adult versions of the characters (something I don’t do too often, and should probably practice more)!
