Instructions: Collect 8 cups of cores and peels from different kinds of apples. Make sure they are spotless and devoid of any debris or dirt. Put the apple peels and cores in a big pot with four cups of water. Heat the mixture to medium-high and bring it to a boil. Once the peels and cores are soft and mushy, reduce the heat to low and simmer the mixture for about 30 minutes. Pour the liquid from the apple peels and cores into a different pot using a cheesecloth or fine-mesh strainer. To extract all of the liquid, be sure to apply pressure to the solids. You should be left with a clear apple liquid after discarding the solids. Incorporate one lemon's juice and four cups of granulated sugar into the apple liquid. Mix thoroughly to blend.
