Help!

So I had my first date todayy, he was really nice and attractive but I just didn’t feel a spark. Is that normal? This was the first time we’d met in four years haha. Still, we went on a walk and had fun convo but nothing romantic happened (like holding hands or flirting). He texted me after joking about something we’d talked about during the date but the text convo has stopped now. Any advice guys? Should I just wait to see if he texts tomorow? Maybe I’m too much of a hopeless romantic. Also he’s into science and I love art.
