My heart is shattered into a million pieces. I feel as though I have no words, but he means so much to so many, I have to say something. PA was a rock. I know I am not alone in saying that he stood by me through the hardest time in my life and, literally, stood with me through my victory all the same. He was the greatest mentor and friend and an exemplary child of God. He carried with him the Gospel of God with such fire and joy, and would burst at the seams with passion and tears as he shared it and lived it with friends and strangers alike. I cannot imagine this world without this compelling warrior, and yet, here we are. But even with hearts so heavy, we cannot forget the celebration taking place. The one PA preached about so many times before. He is in it now, riding waves of glory, and I have to believe in and trust the Lord’s plan for his life here and there, and trust that the Lord will carry those of us who have been left behind. Aunty Jenn and family, my heart, my grief and my prayers are with you. It is a sad day, but oh, happy day. 🕊 PA, I love you so much. Thank you for all that you did to help me pave the way for more of the Lord and His goodness in my life. You blessed me so much and I miss you. My faith is stronger, my spirit is wiser and my life is more fruitful because of you. Thank you so much. I love you. Lord, help us through this time of confusion and grief. This doesn’t feel good, but you are nothing but. We trust you and know that our precious PA is with you. What more could we ask for? Lord, thank you for the time you gifted us with PA. We are comforted to know that you continue to author that time and can’t wait to be together again. We’re crying now but we’ll party then.
