Roasted wild boar 🐗 meat 🍖 with new potatoes 🥔and tomato 🍅 dressing 😋! #wildboar #wildboarmeat #wildboarrecipes #huntingdishes #huntingandlife Meat cooking Wash the meat and dry it with a paper towel, grate it with a mix of smoked paprika and salt. Leave in storage for 1 hour. Wrap the meat in baking paper and then in foil and place in a preheated oven (350 F 177 C) for 2 hours. We specially use paper and foil to keep all the juice. Potatoes cooking Wash the potatoes and scrape off the husks. I remind you that new potatoes do not need to be peeled with a knife. Good enough to rub. Place the potatoes in a pot of cold water and cook for 10 minutes after the water boils. Discard the potatoes on a sieve and wait until all the water is drained. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add 1 Tbsp olive oil, rosemary, ground pepper, salt, lemon juice. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and lay out the potatoes. Press down a little on each potato and put the baking sheet in a preheated oven (350 F 177 C) for 20 minutes. Tomato dressing Wash the tomatoes and grind them in a blender with garlic cloves. Add olive oil to tomatoes. Salt your dressing. How to serve roasted wild boar Place the meat on a platter and cut into 2 cm thick pieces. Add potatoes and top them with tomato dressing. We had 2 boxes of 5 cartridges, 75 of 1 magnum cartridges, 5 dozen long distance 1 bullets, a backpack half-full of 5 cartridges, a whole galaxy of multi-colored 7 shells. Also, a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of conquak and two dozen 7.62 cartridges . Not that we needed all that for the spring hunting, but once you get locked into a serious hunting collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can. The only thing that really worried me was the AK-74.
