This is a SWOT analysis i did for my interview with aCommerce for the position Key Account Manager. During this presentation I had to build a SWOT analysis for their Naraya Lazada store which they recently launched in April 2018. In addition to this SWOT analysis I provided recommendations by which Naraya can boost its sales on their Lazada Webshop. Some recommendations included Improving Product content and Presentation, improving website navigation which has cognitive fluency and stimulate demand through on demand delivery and personalized promotions eg.
