So now that this hellsite is finally sinking faster than the titanic-I’ve decided to move to Twitter

So ok. I had an art blog on Tumblr but I rarely posted to it. Anyway, now that I’m actually trying to establish myself as an artist/internet presence, I’ve created a Twitter account as well as a YouTube channel. Both of which I will link down below. So yeah, I guess if you liked my tumblr blog and the shit that I post then maybe you’ll also like my Twitter and YouTube channel. My Twitter is mainly going to be used for my art which is tattoo design oriented with the occasional social justice tweet or just straight up memes here and there, but my YouTube will be used for vlogs, story time vids, draw with me vids, and every now and then a reaction video. I had an idea for one where I show my aunt and uncle stupid videos on Instagram and film their reactions but we’ll see what happens.

So yeah, I know I’m not like a “presence” here on Tumblr but since this site is gonna die any day now I figured I’d just tell you guys what’s good. Whether or not you wanna follow me on Twitter or subscribe to my channel is up to you but I hope you do cause I’m really trying to get my art out there and establish myself so I can start making money off of this. I don’t expect it to be much and I know I have to find a job in the meantime but it’s been a struggle with my OCD that’s causing my mental state to be kind of shitty, so working from home is really my only option.

If you’ve read up to this point thanks in advance and I hope those of you that create content and rely on that for money can find another platform to sell your stuff with. IMO Twitter is pretty good when it comes to art stuff. And as for those of you that are just here for those fresh memes and social justice posts (like me) I don’t know if we’ll get another platform that’s similar enough but also different enough from Tumblr so that it’s not a fucking mess.

THE COCOAPUFF GIRLS

So about this project. For awhile now I’ve noticed almost every single time I see a darker skinned black woman “going viral”, she’s half naked, oiled up, and/or sexualized in some way shape or form. It’s very rarely ever “Look at this amazing dark skinned woman who accomplished this thing.” Or “Look at her smile, she’s gorgeous”.  Please don’t misinterpret what I’m saying. There is nothing wrong with darker women and black women in general being free and expressive about their sexuality and provocative features. BUT that is NOT ALL they are. They are so much more than sexual beings, but for some reason, that seems to be almost the only thing that grabs viral appreciation. So here’s my attempt to have darker skinned black women go viral for just being cute, creative, stylish, bubbly, beautiful, and black. Aside from the videographer EVERYONE involved in this project IS A BLACK WOMAN. I hope you guys like it. I ask that if you enjoyed this and agree with my objective, share it with a few people please.
