1st one: pre-incident

THAT TAILLL he’s finally learning how to take care of his tail and horns

his dad kept the hair on Ouroboros’ tail short when he was young so he grew it out when he ran away

eyes don’t have pupils anymore (meant to look glassy)

I LOVE THE BONE TAILLLL ugh i’m so proud of it

sad the tail loses the fluff tho (ignore i have the power to give him back the fluffy, i thought it looked weird with the bones)

it makes me laugh a little tbh that how i draw his nose is similar to how i draw some animal noses when his nose is very much not an animal nose (its more like a skeleton’s)

eventually gets his hope and love for life back but he’s forever changed by the incident

so i made another shield bag

i tried so many times to get the sizing right and i still might play with it ripppp

i wasn't originally gonna make this openable, i was gonna make it sewn shut all the way around to hide the loose ends, but it ended up bigger than i originally planned (especially the first few mock ups i made, this one's like half the size at least of some of those)

i tried making the star also crochet instead of stitched on, but i couldn't get it right with the sizing (plus i wasn't super happy with how the stars looked?)

ignore the loose threads on the inside, if/when i make these for anyone but myself i'm gonna weave them in right, i just don't care enough lol

my favorite detail is actually the back tbh, i almost made it striped with the star like the front but i thought it'd be more fun to make it actually look like the back of his shield, arm straps and all (which i can actually fit my finger under)

the carabiner is 3d printed, idk how i feel about the file tho i might try a different one, this file had 2 sizes and i liked the size of the bigger one better, but i couldn't really open it? i can open this smaller size a lot easier, but idk if i like the size compared to the shield (although it's growing on me) (i just looked closer at the carabiner and it's already getting some stress spots that're worrying me, i miiight just have to bite the bullet and buy some regular metal ones)

i'm tempted to make something similar but bucky, like all grey with lines and the star stitched on like his arm or something

or a small bucky themed charm that can hang from the carabiner too

if my little sitting guy pattern was just a liiiittle bit smaller i'd make a bucky and add it on

the white row is actually a sc while the red ones are hdc because the white yarn i used for some reason is thicker than the red, even though they're the same size of yarn (same brand and everything, idk why brava worsted white is thicker than their other brava worsted yarns) but with the extra sc around the edge i'll prob switch back to the white row also being a hdc

i'm considering trying something similar for other heroes, but i'll have to think it through. cap's shield was easy cuz it's already a circle with round stripes (do you call those stripes?) but others wouldn't be so easy, and if i'm gonna make multiples of something i prefer to not have a ton of extra sewing and surface crochet to do (just makes it easier for me)

I’m working on my stock for pride! if there’s any flags you don’t see often enough like in stickers or other stuff, please let me know!

i want to include a wide variety of flags in my shop, everything from the more common to the more niche

i swear i can’t do casual doodles lol this was supposed to just be a sketch then 3 hours of work later i’m looking up fancy lighting

anyways take ouroboros (horns) and jude (tall) being domestic gays, i gotta be nice to ouroboros sometimes

i love drawing their height difference, ouroboros is like 6’2” not counting the horns btw, jude is just tall as hell

I was gonna unravel her hair and give it the same texture as Grif’s but I really like how this looks on her so I might leave it
