The San Sequoia Homeless Shelter was recently opened by The Landgraabs. Nancy is one of the most well-known sims in the sim's universe. But after some scandals her “popularity” dropped so she came up with the idea of a homeless shelter. She had to get back in the spotlight, and she needed everyone to believe she wasn’t the monster they thought. She needed her popularity. & Of course it worked. The citizens were happy to have a safe place for all to be a part of their community. Little did they know it was all a front. Money laundering was one of Nancy’s “favorites” and now she had the perfect cover.

This build is setup as a custom venue but could also work as a residential rental or even a small business venue. 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. Large kitchen with pantry. Dining space. Front desk. Living space (with games) and a nice little outdoor area with playsets, basketball, and even some gardening.

I am a sucker for midcentury modern. Everything is so colorful and I absolutely love the architecture. This house is decorated for a family of 4; parents, teenage daughter, and a infant/toddler son. Of course you can put whoever you want. I just like coming up with stories of the sims that live in the houses I build. Dad is an architect and mom is teacher. Their daughter does cheerleading and their son is still little. They love hosting parties at their home. The house has an inground pool with a pool house. And the basement has an extra bed, pool table, a huge tv, office space, and another bathroom.

A home of new beginnings. A family of 2 (soon to be 3) have moved to Copperdale for a fresh start. He got a job at the local police station as a tech analyst, and she is an interior designer. And they are expecting a sweet baby boy. This home has been well loved but it was time to make some updates. The inside has been updated but the outside still has all its charm. You will see new plumbing, updated flooring, and lots of fresh paint. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walkout balcony. One bedroom is currently being used as a dual office (his and hers). While not much has been done to the outside (and it definitely needs some landscaping) the charm is there. There is also a walkout basement that is partially furnished. It could be great income as a studio apartment or maybe a space for family when they visit. This may just be the perfect place to spend forever.

There is no place like Grandma and Grandpa's house. The kitchen and dining is perfect for hosting family dinners with plenty of room for everyone. The main floor includes a large entryway, large bathroom, main bedroom, living room (with toys scattered), and a large open concept kitchen and dining room. Outside in the backyard is the best place to spend those hot summer days. A back patio for BBQ's, an above ground pool with a large deck and a slide, sandbox, large playset and grandma's gardening shed. The side yard even has a treehouse! The lower level has a 2-car garage and a laundry room. There are two more bedrooms here. One room is for the smaller grandkids and the other is for the older kids. There is also another large bathroom. All rooms have closets.
