Training tonight!! My goals for tonight are:
to hit the partner stunt I base since my flyer is in her 40s and hasn’t flown in years
to hit the one legs I fly, and improve my ankle stability
Work on my front walkovers and bridge kickovers during tumble training
I also want to try not to pause during conditioning for an extra challenge
guys pray for me next sunday i have 2 hours training then 1.5 hour of tryouts then on monday i have another 2 hours of training im acc gonna dieeee

dare i say bear crawl lines…
although those are part of my new thursday conditioning 😭
2.5 min run, music warmup, then 6 sets of runs, 6 sets of bear crawls and 6 sets of lunges
sitting here thinking abt cheer and why is it the norm to have to be perfect 100% of the time? thats literally impossible unless your level five/six athletes on a level 1 team (directed)
this oml skills come and go its normal why do so many ppl see u as worthless if ur skills arent perfect esp if ur still working on them
