Hi to all.I'm John Winston Gimena, eldest in the family and no family, I have two siblings though they both have work but still striving and my mother is Enriqueta Gimena, we are residing in the Philippines in Sampaloc, Manila. I am employed but due to the pandemic I wasn't able to go back to work since the lockdown. I work in a printing press for almost 12 years now in San Matero, Rizal. Unfortunately, the company didn't have anything for us employees like social security and medical health benefits.My mother is going 83 this coming April and I'm 51 this coming June.My mother is a hard working mom since my father died back in 96. And before I work as graphic designer I am an encoder/typist, typing anything, letters, legal documents in the early 90s. Then in the '94 I was a typesetter for the book and there it started it all. Typing/encoding tirelessly to learn from the owner of the company before migrating to US. I learn a lot from my former boss designing a book. for almost 30 years in the business I always work sitting for long hours especially if overtime is needed. This I think how I got my carpal on my right hand and had a tingling sensation up to my back. My left hand had an accident and my fingers had these sensations too and I can't even get it straight when I fold it. The pain is too hard to handle. Though I can type as much as I can but now I have to place my almost half of my arms on the table just to type. If I type like I had to stretch my arms and only the wrists are the one hold that king of position the pain is too much! It really hurts. 2019 started to feel pain on my back down to my feet. The tingling sensation is really hurting everything in my legs down to my feet! Mother too had this problem.My mother and I decided to go to a hospital because she complains a lot of her fingers and she too have a hard time straightening up her fingers when she is opening her hand upon folding it. Also, she complains too about her back. Upon checking her up by her doctor, she was frustrated and told that we were given 1 week to decide to be operated soon. I was skeptical about the operation thing. I told my mother though she's forgetful now because of her age that we better consult for the therapist about our present condition. Last week (Tuesday) we went to ACTIVE LIFE PHYSICAL THERAPIST in Muñoz for check-up and so we did. (Please check my post on my YouTube Channel - https://youtu.be/spLyjqkR3DI)
