I’m honestly kind of surprised how nonchalantly you’re taking your royal position. I’d imagine you’d treat it really seriously, since, you know, you come into control of whole armies and diplomatic responsibilities.

No idea, don’t really watch TV. But what do you mean find someone else? The reason I said I don’t train for it is because my grandparents are effectively immortal and my dad is a literal god. So I don’t think they’ll be passing on anytime soon.

I mean, not much I can really say. All things considered, I’m pretty average. I enjoy just talking with my pals, going to fun places like parks and the beach, and watching movies and TV.

Never had to set aside time to learn important stuff like ruling and diplomacy, since I’ll probably never take the throne, so I get a lot of free time.

Meh, not a whole lot. It’s been really quiet lately.

What can I say? Not much that’s special about me, other than unimaginable powers. I like seeing a happy monster kingdom, and dislike anyone that prevents that from happening. I also enjoy long walks on the beach.

I think you might be getting your places mixed up a bit. That, and I haven’t lived in the Underground for some time. I visit it, on occasions, but never really stay there. The surface, despite all its flaws, is a ton better then being trapped in a multi-ecosystem cave.

Yeah, I’d probably be pretty powerful if I absorbed a couple souls. Although, there does seem to be a limit to how much power you can get, no matter how many souls you obtain. After all, one can only become so much of a god.

However, for some reason I can’t absorb the power of any souls. Believe me, I’ve tried, but for some reason I can’t. I dunno, maybe the universe considers me a god already, so I can’t gain any more power from them. Unfortunately, I’m not even close to someone who’s actually gained the power of a bunch of souls. I’m kind of stuck in a power limbo. I can’t lose it, but I can’t gain it either.
