I’ve long been enamored with detectives and phantom thieves so I thought it would be fun to create my own duo 💕

I'm curious about Akiko and Clara, Anything more you can tell us about them or are you still working on the details of their story? Love their designs so far.

I’d be happy to tell you a bit about them! 😊

Akiko was a homicide detective who was transferred to an investigation unit specializing in theft and other crime in the city of Tycho. Akiko wasn’t really interested in theft cases until she crosses paths with a particular phantom thief! She has a bad habit of falling into rabbit holes and staying up far too late reading about things that interest her so caffeine is a must for her.

Clara works as a barista at her aunt’s coffee shop by day and at night she’s the phantom thief specializing in giving the local authorities some major headaches. She enjoys the thrill of “collecting” jewels but seems to have a keen interest in music boxes. Her aunt’s coffee shop is the go-to for the locals of Tycho so it’s a great place to overhear local gossip and such!

Also some random facts, Akiko has a collection of silly eye masks and Clara enjoys needle felting & making wigs 😊

Eventually I’d like to share more of these two because so their story means a lot to me ❤️
