Little Things That Help
Just a few things I do/have done that I find helpful :)x -Wear loose clothing, such as hoodies, sweaters, oversized t shirts etc -Wear sleeveless, low cut armpit tops -Armpitty pads, you can order these online which soak up the sweat under your armpits in t shirts. They stick from one side (kind of like sanitary pads?) -Resting my arms so my pits are open when I'm chilling (not noticeably) basically so your arms/elbows are just a bit further apart than usual - Freeze water bottles overnight in freezer so it melts throughout the day n u have a super cool drink with you (wrap in plastic bag bcuz residue) -This might appear to defeat the objective of staying cool to attempt to reduce sweat but I wear sports socks which some are sweat absorbent -To add to that there is sweat absorbent underwear you can order online although I have not tried that yet
