hello everyone!! I wanted to give a quick update regarding this blog~ I have some news!
I got into medical school!! It's been a very long and stressful journey all these years, but I'm so so glad that part is over with! Unfortunately, as you guys know, medical school itself is very time-consuming and a ton of work, so that means I won't be able to spend much time here. The future of this blog remains unclear. While I'd love to continue uploading, I also know that I'll probably have limited time to continue writing and posting. I'm still unsure what to do with this blog, whether I should close it or try to keep up with it as the school year starts.
But classes don't start until July for me, so hopefully I'm able to post more for you guys until then~ Regardless, thank you all so so much for the support thus far 💕

he most definitely just cackles, so loud, when he catches you wearing the hairclips with his face on it. oh man, this was too amusing. you actually bought that? and kuko is still too loud in his laughs when you pout and try to defend yourself. they were cute! or maybe a bit creepy.. either way, you just had to get them! his cackles, even when he’s teasing you, bring about butterflies.
but kuko is also a bit cocky. just the tiniest bit. there’s a shit-eating grin that tugs on his feline lips, a pretty shine to his fangs. so you like him that much, eh? wanting to show your support for your boyfriend. well, that’s pretty cute of you. and they did look cute on you! even if he does end up teasing you about it (it’s all in good fun). but hey, they suit you~
jyushi
aw, he gets a little flushed when jyushi catches you wearing his hairclips. there’s a cute ‘eH’ that leaves his lips and a stunned look to him, a pretty warm flush to his cheeks as well. but he’s also mega thrilled, all the more. the mere thought that you love jyushi so much and want to show your support for him moves his tender heart; it’s enough to bring tears to his eyes! (and maybe he does get a bit teary-eyed, being the softie he is).
you look so cute! jyushi would squeal. the way they clip your hair to the side, and he can see your forehead! adorable; even amanda thinks so! there’s definitely a bit of a glimmer in his eyes as jyushi admires you in his hairclips. his heart skips a beat, and he feels all the butterflies. aw, you wanted to wear hairclips of him (even if he whines a bit about how they didn’t make him look good).. they totally should make hairclips of you so jyushi can wear them around too, he thinks. he wants to match you~

well, he’s in total disbelief the moment hitoya catches you in hairclips of him. he’s.. staring, that’s for sure. god, you actually bought that? he asks, a bit of an exasperated sigh to him. though i suppose that was more of a rhetorical question than anything. they’re a little hideous and perhaps even on the creepy side (the second thought that goes through his mind is if this can be considered libel against his image lol).
and hitoya doesn’t quite get it when you try to defend yourself and say that it’s cute. cute? he takes another look at them. yeahh.. he doesn’t get that. but, as long as you’re happy, hitoya thinks. and well, maybe he doesn’t quite like to admit, but it definitely moves hitoya a little to know that you love him and simply wanted to show your support. even if it was in the form of ugly hairclips. they even look a little.. cute on you, the way they expose your forehead and clip your hair to the side. not the design though.

well, you probably inherited some of your hyperactiveness from your father. not that sasara is too hyperactive, but i think he can definitely be too quick or excited at times? like he can also be all over the place, but more so in a somewhat organized way
anyway, point is, there's definitely a bit of your father in you. mayhaps you pick up some of his fidgeting habits too? unconsciously so
sasara can keep up with you, especially when you were younger and were more prone to running around everywhere, as tired as he gets; sasara may not be in the best shape, but he will always chase after you
he does find your hyperactivity a bit cute, like how you always seem to be full of energy and wanting to do something. though sasara does sometimes simply get too exhausted and has to tell you that daddy needs a rest
your guys' energy definitely bounces off one another. it's contagious, and honestly, you guys can become a bit too active with each other since sasara tends to match you

he loves loves loves practicing his comedy routines with you or any new material sasara comes up with
you're always so receptive! and sasara's heart absolutely melts at the way you're laughing so hard and loud — truly contagious. his own daughter was his absolute favorite audience, and if you don't like a joke entirely, then he'd scrap it
with your tendency to forget or not remember things easily, sasara often had to remind you constantly. sometimes though, he can forget to do that though, oops..

he always makes it a point to remind you of things in a cute, totally non-serious way. like with a joke or puns or something
or sometimes he simply overdramatizes the entire thing, jokingly of course
"you didn't drink water today?" he fake gasps, dramatically. "y'know, if you don't drink some right now, the ghost of waters time will take you away from me!"
does it work? not really, but sasara is always on you to take care of yourself. and actually, sasara always finds some smart, roundabout way to get you to actually do your tasks
you're not entirely sure how your father does it. but one moment, he's asking you for help with something, and the next, you're actually finishing up your homework that is due tomorrow in class. sasara has his mysterious ways..
overall though, sasara is totally a caring father! albeit he def matches your energy at times, but he's always making sure that you never forget what you're supposed to do
rosho
at first, rosho does have a bit of trouble keeping up with you. you were so all over the place and active! always running around. he's definitely gotten used to it over the years, but it has tired rosho out to some extent
i like to think that he also can't help but be a bit worried for you. given how hyperactive you were, rosho is a little nervous that you'd hurt yourself, bad
of course, he'd always be there to bandage you up, but he's simply worried for his only girl! (he goes pale as a ghost when you first come in, all bloody from cuts and bruises but still giddy nonetheless)
rosho does lecture you time and time again to be more careful. you can't keep giving your poor father a heart attack each time; it wasn't good for his weak heart, rosho sighs
he's always needing to remind you of things, whether it's drinking water or to actually finish your homework on time. you have gotten reprimanded for that before..
"did you drink water today?" rosho quirks a brow, though he already knows the answer with the way you sheepishly smile and rub your neck. he sighs and rubs his temples; gosh, sometimes his daughter couldn't help but worry him so
(he makes you drink a tall glass right then and there, not wanting you to be dehydrated especially if it was during the grueling summer)
you have gotten many (light) scoldings for always forgetting things such as appointments or schoolwork or self-care, but rosho is always there to remind you regardless. it's almost routine at this point
he also likes to check up on you throughout the day and text reminders, especially to drink water or eat since you often forget to do so
on the off chance you do remember one time or more, your father is certainly...surprised? well, it's more like he's totally flustered and taken aback
he does have to sometimes monitor you, when you were younger at least, to make sure you're doing your work; all that meant was checking up on you once in a while, really
rosho isn't overbearing by any means (ok he may be, but just a teeny tiny), but he just wants to make sure that you were on track given how you can easily lose focus
overall though, while you may certainly be a handful, it wasn't bad by any means! rosho still loves you so, as much as he fatherly scolds you to remember to drink more water

jiro flushes, a bright warmth, the moment your words hit him. beautiful, him? his heart skips one too many beats, and jiro suddenly averts his gaze from yours, totally blushing. he’s never thought much of his laugh before, besides being told that it was too loud and obnoxious from his younger brother (who he usually ignored). he’s never been conscious about it before, but now jiro was, in the best of ways.
to hear that from his own partner as well.. it makes him super happy, to say the least. it must be true then, if you said so! oh jiro feels like he’s in heaven.
“huh?” he blinks, instinctively. jiro did hear what you said, and he did understand, but he’s still struggling. i mean, it came out of nowhere! besides, the gentle, loving look you have in your eyes only serves to make him even more shy, opting to hide his gaze in his cap. oh this was so flustering, how his heart beats to fast and jiro feels so dizzy and warm. he’s very much enjoying this though, his grin the brightest you’ve seen. “no way babe,” he laughs, a bit louder this time (not on purpose though). “your laugh is much better!” and way cuter than his, or so jiro thinks.
even as flushed and shy as he is, there’s a cute puppy grin on his lips and a sparkle in his eyes. his metaphoric tail was wagging, and jiro hums; geez, jiro felt so good, on cloud nine. your compliments have an amazing effect on him.
jiro is probably going to try harder to laugh around you hereafter, if only to keep hearing compliments from his lover, of course. they made him feel the best, jiro hums.

doppo almost chokes on his own spit, which wasn’t really a pretty sight to say the least, and he almost immediately shuts up and stops laughing. him…beautiful?? if anything, doppo should be saying that to you. i mean, he had those nasty dark circles under his eyes; and doppo probably had some sort of kyphosis; and well, you were definitely more beautiful than doppo in every way of the word, he thinks.
but still…your words make him flush a little, a cute pink tinting his cheeks (and giving him some color and life). doppo feels all warm now, but there’s a small smile
“um…thank you,” he meekly mutters, all embarrassed and shy. he awkwardly laughs, but doppo quickly shuts himself down, turning crimson again as your words reverberate in his mind. doppo can’t look you in the eye, despite being your very boyfriend. he’s never been too conscious about his laugh, but well, now he definitely is but not in an entirely bad way. “i think- you’re more beautiful..”
you giggle, and doppo feels like he’s losing himself even more. gosh, this was so embarrassing, doppo thinks, but you found him totally adorable with the way he’s so nervous and shy. he’s tripping over himself and his butterflies, how doppo is merely a wreck at your words. his heart beats so quick, as if he has arrhythmias, and he’s fidgeting with himself and his words.
but, doppo likes it. he likes how he feels, and despite how he can’t even look you in the eye, doppo can’t help but smile.
getting sweet compliments from his lover — well, there’s nothing better. perhaps doppo should laugh more around you. god knows he needs it.

either you have a much lower alcohol tolerance than jyuto, or you’ve just had more drinks than him.
regardless, he finds it a bit amusing to see you all drunk now, sitting in the bar with fluttery eyes and trying to stay awake. he now had some ammunition to use against you, at the very least.
“don’t you think you’ve had one too many drinks, y/n?” jyuto chuckles. of all the times he’s gone out for a drink with you, he’s never quite seen you so drunk before — only tipsy. it was honestly amusing for him, seeing how you try your best to keep your head up and eyes open. it was cute, he muses.
“i’m…not drunk,” you murmur. it’s not very convincing, especially with the pauses between your words; jyuto knew a drunk person when he saw one. “i can drink some more-”
“i don’t think so.” jyuto slides your half full (though he’d say half empty) glass away from you, which warrants a pout of yours. he should be immune to it, but instead, jyuto finds himself laughing; he was possibly a little tipsy himself at this point. i mean, your pout was all too cute. “i’m only looking out for you.” perhaps a bit much. jyuto cared for you after all, though it was a different type of care than he felt for his teammates. this one was…stronger? maybe? he couldn’t quite explain it, though jyuto wasn’t stupid and knew what it meant.
“..too much,” you slur, becoming a little incoherent already. “but that’s what i like about you.” oh? well that piques his interest, though maybe it shouldn’t have. you were drunk after all, but well, jyuto was a bit of a bastard.
“oh?” he smirks. “you like me?” well, he liked you too; jyuto is only teasing. you two were friends after all, so of course he’d like and care for you, though it felt more than that at times. it’s not like he’s an idiot — jyuto knew he held feelings for you. but hearing it from you first and foremost was much too entertaining, especially since you were drunk and had no clue. he probably wouldn’t let you forget this the very next day.
“of course,” you furrow your brows and deepen your pout. “you’re cute, you care, and even if you’re corrupt, your heart is still in the right place…i think.” real funny; he rolls his eyes, though jyuto is smiling all the more. which officer in his place isn’t corrupt, i mean?
“but i like you,” you murmur again. your head begins to fall slightly, and your eyes droop. sleep was already starting to overtake you, head already resting on the bar table. the warmth from the alcohol was too comforting and lulling, and besides, you felt safe around jyuto. “i hope that someday,” your voice begins to dissipate, “you’ll see me as more than a friend..”
you’re fast asleep in moments, stirring slightly when jyuto pokes you to make sure that you were indeed knocked out. he sighs; it was going to be a headache to figure out how to get you home, though at least the two of you lived relatively close by. he was thankful for that.
you look so peaceful, gentle smile on your lips and snoring lightly — it’s adorable, he smiles. more than a friend? your words resonate within his mind. well, of course jyuto liked you more than a friend already; he just never confessed before, more so because he didn’t entirely see the point right now. why ruin a perfectly good friendship? it simply didn’t make any sense.
