my name is kate. i am sixteen years old. last september, i sat in the back of a classroom and wrote down a title onto a piece of paper. i compiled works for months into a document. in march, one of my friends died. in june, i relapsed with an eating disorder. in august, i got up and finished compiling the works i wrote and used that same September title. it has mistakes and misplacement and errors, but it exists. i am a sixteen year old who wrote a book. 

i am working on getting physical copies for people, but until then, i want to share what i’ve done. i am proud of the things i have written.
