I realize the council made a decision regarding his true demon form, but given that it’s a stupid ass decision, I’ve elected to ignore it. He deserved to be a shark and I’m gonna make him one, god damn it.

I have cobbled together some inspiration from @shokwav and @hypnoticmoth’s excellent designs for him, as seen below:
And my own personal headcanons, so I’m gonna list them off here.
Gets a tail in full demon form, acquired by his legs fusing together and elongating.
Multiple skittering legs made out of his own wires that have miniature claws on the end, which kind of bring to mind how a centipede moves. You will hear them making a sort of hollow ticking noise as he moves, which will pick up in frequency when he’s on the hunt.
Main body a combination of an extension of his main body and electricity to form the rest of a shark’s fins (pelvic, etcetera). Produces a vaguely static electricity feeling if you draw close enough to him.
Main head flattened out to form a shape not unlike a shark’s snout and head, multiple smaller TVs surrounding it (with eyes on each), teeth larger and more jagged and able to actually deliver killing bites.
Arms turned into main legs, claws greatly elongated. Able to either stand upright or enter a more quadrupedal stance.
Incapable of talking in this form, will either parrot people’s speech back to them in snippets of audio or quote advertisements. There’s a subtle reverb behind it at all times like a slightly malfunctioning speaker, making for a bit of an uncanny valley effect.
Emits a low humming noise that gradually grows louder the more aggressive he becomes. Capable of low rumbling (purring), roars, and a loud feedback shriek if he’s particularly agitated.
Skin becomes much tougher in this form, virtually unable to pierce except for a few select vulnerable areas (base of fins, underbelly).
Striped like a tiger shark in this form. Markings flare bright blue when he feels agitated, or otherwise during strong emotions.
Is capable of recognizing trusted people in this form. Will see most other people as potential prey.
Is capable of understanding speech in this form, but may take a slower time to process it.
All other anatomy remains the same.
His partial demon form involves the fins and tail emerging, and his form during the fight with Alastor at the end of season two was a partial transformation of this as well. He does not let this side of him out very often. He gets shoved to the back mentally while he’s in this form—his feral mind very much takes over, and it’s like a complex partial seizure in that he’s a bit aware of what he’s doing sometimes but can’t meaningfully respond to it. Over the years he’s either hurt people during this state, or caused more property damage than he would like, so he represses it to an unhealthy degree.
The transformation into this form, as a result of the repression, isn’t exactly seamless and is actually quite painful for him—and is made even worse by the buildup of magic within his systems as a result of the repression, meaning that his body decides to take matters into its own hands and forcibly transform him every so often to get the excess out. It starts as a low-grade fever and a feeling of fuzziness, and then gradually works its way up into a high fever and bouts of pain so severe he’ll start convulsing on the floor if he hasn’t already been directed to lay down somewhere. He gets less and less coherent as it goes on, until eventually he’s left staring into space and not responding to outside stimuli at all—like an extended absence seizure, only different, because his brain is being pushed to the side to be replaced by something more primal and feral. When the transformation begins in earnest, expect a lot of tearing of clothes and blood and viscera.
Do not run when he faces you. He’s faster than you in this form, and still has access to all of his powers. Your only hope is to pray that he recognizes you, or that you’re able to get off a shot from a tranquilizer dart into one of his more vulnerable areas.
The transformation back may take anywhere from a few hours to several days, and he’s usually left with complete amnesia as to what he did afterwards. He might even, if his time spent in this form is bad enough, not even remember that he transformed at all. It’s happened before. He’ll likely feel like he has the world’s worst hangover for a bit, though, and will be grumpy and exhausted.
If the repression and fear of what this form was capable of wasn’t so bad, and if he hadn’t taught himself that it’s something that needs to be hidden away on account of being shameful, he’d have a much easier time transforming back and forth and not having it be forced on him. Alas, to do that would require him to also become more comfortable with his autistic traits, and that’s definitely never going to happen.

I kinda forget to sign. I generally just draw for myself, because it makes me happy, and sharing it makes me happy too. I just don't have the habit unless it's a commission.
I sadly already had some of my art stolen and reposted on other platforms, or put in videos. And it's partially on me because i don't have a watermark or a signature. I am a bit blasé about it all, i think. Between AI and art thieves, it's a lot. And i'm tired.
