❝ Perhaps.. beast is too intense of a description. ❞ Still not quite aware of the horrors that threaten Heaven. Noted. Should he ever come face-to-face with one of the vermin that his father had, the Seraphim prays that it doesn't shake Abel's potential to fill Adam's position with fervor.

She had hoped her gift to the former-shepherd would be well-received : two hat boxes, one unopened that contained his own horned helmet, the other opened and its box shoved to the side for the plumed hat to sit in the center of the table. He seemed excited, initially, but his smile fell when Sera had mentioned it as part of a new uniform ; to associate him easier with the one Adam used to wear, and to better match the exorcists.

It seems, as evidenced by the dejected drooping of her wings, that Sera hadn't considered the possibility that he wouldn't be thrilled with his.. ' promotion ' .

❝ It's just.. I worry for the girls, Abel ; they've faced horrors and are without their general. They, too, are grieving the loss of your father. Especially Lute. Maybe, that is something both you and them can bond over, should you choose to take up Adam's position. ❞ Sera comments, a hand gesturing to his feathered hat and the dulled periwinkle accents shifting to a more saturated baby blue, then into a brilliant copper as a honeyed smile found itself on her face once more.

❝ If you would like, your new uniform can also be adjusted to better fit your comfort. ❞

doing a bullet point list reference of how i write the events in my alt-main verse, ' to do what is required. ', that switches events around in the current show canon that i have in mind so far.

♬ season 1 is similar to the pitch bible ; character shenanigans & bonding and introduces the Vees, setting them up as big bads for s2 with Adam/Heaven looming in the background keeping a close eye on things. s1 ends with Pentious joining the hotel and rats out the Vees about future patrons possibly being hired spies like him. E-Day is implied to have been a yearly event for thousands of years and exorcists are described as being invulnerable but not impossible to injure. angels can also fall for a number of reasons but sources relating to it ( including said fallen angels ) are unreliable.

♬ season 2 is centered around the Vees and Vox is doing his usual slandering. points out how it's been a year and Charlie still hasn't redeemed anyone and uses that as his foot in the door to gain followers to rebel against Heaven. most of the events in s2 are mostly the same, save for Lucifer re-aligning a target on his back thanks to Charlie's disturbance of the order of Heaven and Hell.

♬ season 3 builds on s2 ; Adam takes advantage of Vox's attack on Heaven and suggests making E-Day twice a year. Emily learns that it's on the table when Sera doesn't immediately reject the idea, sneaking out to warn Charlie of this, and the show's Heaven-related portion of s1 takes place. Charlie is able to get a court appointment thanks to Lucifer, where it rides out similarly in the show with the exception that Vaggie doesn't join Charlie in court ; instead, her identity as an ex-exorcist is revealed by Adam while Vaggie is at the club with the rest of the hotel residents, as well as E-Day being revealed to Heaven's public. Charlie is given 6 months to prove her hotel works, or the secondary E-Day will commence on-schedule.

aw, you're so indecisive.. why not just sit back, relax, and allow her access to your consciousness? it's so noisy in there, both your mind and body are so spent, on the verge of collapse! why not let her quell the chaos in that vast expanse, just for a little while? you deserve a rest, after all that effort of withholding your venom and biting your tongue. you've earned it.

Plucking her wings would prove a far easier task than pulling a hint of vulnerability out of her. Often, Sera has been witnessed repressing her dissatisfaction on multiple occasions, and this seems to be one of those events today. Fingertips are massaging both side of her temples, eyes shut but attention diverted by her visitor.
