the nice guys (2016) and malevolent (the podcast by harlan guthrie) have similarities you couldn’t even imagine. main character is a skinny middle aged private investigator with a mustache who injures easily yet is surprisingly difficult to kill. he’s done a poor job as a father to a young girl and an even poorer job as a widowed husband. meets someone initially ruthless and cold who learns to become softer/more human as they spend more time together. there’s a lighter. both guys eventually run a PI business together whilst developing a better relationship with the first guy’s daughter in the meantime.
i dunno. weird ass crossover but still. it got me thinking.

just had a horrifying dream about a horror show based on among us.
there’s 30 contestants and 5 impostors BUT there’s more on the line than just that.
crewmates have to run through the ‘ship’ and can occasionally find shipping boxes, rooms etc that are filled with money. whoever is the first to find this money automatically has it added to their account and it disappears (dropping through the floor, room gets disconnected etc.). however once a crewmate dies their money is available for capture.
if the impostors manage to kill everyone, they get all the money. aiding the impostors are various traps and ill conditions throughout the ship that can also result in death (whether through long or short exposure.) by the end of the show, some people will have lost limbs, their face, etc. from these traps. they can include things like acid, freezing or boiling temperatures, dangerous chemicals, heavy objects falling from a height, delusion/paranoia inducing drugs, etc..
the crewmates are contained here on this massive ship until they’re finally able to complete their tasks or vote all the impostors out. there were a few other game changers, such as engineers only being able to play the game and fix broken equipment/go in the vents, but not being allowed to speak to their crew.
originally everyone wears suits that correlate with their color but as time goes on, suits get shucked (because of things like injury, heat, lunacy etc.) and it becomes harder to tell who’s who- how to tell who the impostor OR the crewmates really are
it’s all played (OBVIOUSLY) for rich ppl to watch and enjoy. maybe there will be a twist where a rich guy breaks into the set and ends up getting brutally murdered by either an impostor or a trap.
also obviously all the rooms are just way bigger, dirtier, scarier versions of the rooms on the skeld.
anyways i also had another dreaming where i rescued a baby minecraft villager from a burning car but i think that one was unrelated
i made this at 3am. i have to get up at 6. i just couldn’t get it out of my head. i had to create it.

things i do that give me gender euphoria as a genderqueer masc lesbian (in honor of pride month):
-not shaving my legs
-using men’s deodorant
-long skirt + baggy tshirt combo
-BRIGHT eye makeup + blush
-nipple patches (as opposed to bras)
-wearing my fluffy robe EVERYWHERE around the house
-scented everythinggg
-using makeup to accent my tiny mustache + not shaving what little facial hair i have
-refusing to pluck or shape my brows
-blue mascara all day every day
-loose crop tops <3
-wearing my swimsuit bottoms around my waist so that my stomach is ‘out’
-switching between my head voice and my chest voice when singing
-talking to my cat and being reminded that he doesn’t care or know about my gender, he just loves me as a human being
hate exhibiting obvious signs of neurodivergence just for my family to agree that yes, i show obvious signs of neurodivergence and yes, it’s something hilarious to bring up in jokes or something inconvenient but overlookable for the sake of appreciating me as a family member. just for the second i suggest to them that hey, i think i’m neurodivergent’ to all of a sudden completely 180 and claim that i’ve never shown signs of autism in my entire life, thank you very much, i’m apparently the most neurotypical person they know.
as i rock back and forth violently, not making eye contact and wearing my mushroom-and-tf2 decorated noise-cancelling headphones (two of my special interests) whilst pondering if it’ll take another failed social interaction or a few extra missed social cues for them to realize that maybe (just maybe) something is Different.
i think americans have a unique appreciation for helmetparty. they’re just so. American.

been watching a lot of dispatch fandom tiktoks + looking at fanart before playing the game or watching any actual playthroughs so i assumed everyone giving Flambae a fat ass was either oversexualizing him or doing one of those fandom bits where you randomly give a character a fat ass. watched a playthrough for the first time last night and holy shit dude he really is just fucking caked up. whole ass bakery back there jesus fuck. no wonder he calls robert’s ass flat good god.
