Y/N flopped down on the bed, sighing loudly. He looked over to Hyunjin, at the desk on his laptop, typing away. He simply sighed again, this time dragging out the sound, hoping to get the older boy’s attention.

“What is it, baby?” Hyunjin looked over to his lover, sprawled out on the bed.

“You’ve been working for so long....” he complained, staring at the ceiling now, avoiding any eye contact with his boyfriend.

“Yeah, honey, I need to finish this song...” he said, he had been tweaking something him and Chan were working on together. The last two hours he wouldn’t so much as look at the younger male, his entire attention engulfed by words on a google doc.

“I know...” Y/N sighed again, he just wanted some cuddles. A hug. A kiss... He adored the way Hyunjin’s hands slipped into his own every time they kissed. He couldn’t help but want the other man’s hands to cradle his own while his soft lips grazed against his own. The thought made Y/N blush lightly.

“Hmmm....” Hyunjin trailed, “I guess a break wouldn’t hurt,” he grinned. Y/N nearly jumped up, grinning.

“Really?” he asked, knowing he’ll finally get the attention he’s been wanting the past two hours. The taller male only nodded in response, standing up before walking straight to the bed. He wrapped his arms around Y/N’s smaller figure, gently pulling him into his arms as they laid down on the soft duvet. He peppered Y/N’s face with soft kisses, and surely enough, he laced his fingers into the other boy’s smaller hands. Y/N giggled softly, blushing now profusely at the attention he craved.

“You’re so lovely, Y/N,” Hyunjin whispered into his ear, snaking his arms around Y/N’s torso, holding him close. Their heartbeats slowly synced, their breathing slow and gentle as they reached a state of relaxation neither of them had felt since they last cuddled. They felt at home simply being in each other’s arms.
