Fake Magazine Covers About my Pretty-Boring Life

I'm Anna Hyzy. I'm a student studying journalism at Indiana University. You can learn more about me and journalism on the about page. Anyway, as a creative project, I've decided to make (at least) three fake magazine covers a week about something happening in my life. Chances are they're be pretty lame etc, but I'm looking forward to it as a way to become a better designer and develop my style.

So unfortunately with college taking up so much time with design shifts at the IDS and basketball games, and stories I'm covering etc. I've decied to lighten my load to a minimum of three covers per week. Hopefully, it's still enough to keep me inspired, but I see no point in saying I'll do a creative project that I simply can't keep up with.

I really do complain too much

and who would have guessed a blog with only magazine covers could be so angsty?

I made both of these yesterday before the project became a real formed idea. The first one was just because my boyfriend had an interview with Penn that day and the second one was because he responded to my adorable (awful) cover with corrections.
