This is truly a unique piece. Has gone by various names and used as a punishment device throughout history. When the female is put on it, the wedge forces the legs apart. Pressure from her weight splits the public area and becomes very uncomfortable as time goes on. Chained between the two poles by the neck and hands immobilises her.
