If you know who I am you must be psychic because we’ve never talked before 🤭 but if you know who I am then this is meant to be and we can start picking out dates

Hmm well without as assessment it’s hard to say, but broadly speaking most alignment issues are due to weakness on one side and tightness on the other causing an imbalance. Most people have tight hip flexors and weaker posterior muscles which could be contributing. The tightness in the front could be causing nerve compression as well. Most treatment would look like stretching the hip muscles which you’re doing and strengthening glutes and core which you’re doing 👏

all things im currently doing with little relief 🥲 need some fuckin manual therapy. an elbow to the glute

Deadlifts are my fave too, not training for anything specific I just love to work out for both physical and mental health :)

Glute exercises are fun because the exercises that look like they should be the easiest actually wreck you lol

I’m sorry about your hip! I work in PT so I know all about hip issues 😅 Im glad you’re taking it easy :)

glutes are my second least favorite muscle group to train. that cramping feeling when youre resting after a good set of hip thrusts fucking sucksssss.

PT huh? i think i may have an idea of who you are. i’ll give you my self diagnosis (im going to see a PT thursday) my hips are out of alignment, visibly so. and the tension in that hip is causing nerve compression thats causing my quad to go numb during unilateral movements. what do you prescribe doc? 😇
